Brick & Embers is a mobile wood-fired catering company serving weddings and events throughout Maine. With more than a decade of experience in retail and catering, we specialize in handcrafted wood-fired pizzas cooked fresh on-site and served throughout your event. Our menus can also include grazing tables, salads, wings, charcuterie, desserts, and mobile bar service, giving couples plenty of flexibility to build a menu that fits their day. We bring the food, staff, setup, and service directly to your venue for a catering experience that feels relaxed, personal, high-end, and wedding worthy.

Instead of coordinating separate vendors for cocktail hour, dinner, desserts, late-night food, and bar service, let Brick & Embers handle it all.     We couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our wedding day on August 8, 2026! Brick and Embers provided the most incredible wood-fired pizza, delicious charcuterie, and an amazing pasta salad. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the food! From start to finish, their attention to detail, professionalism, and communication were exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and made everything feel seamless leading up to and throughout our wedding day. You could truly tell how much pride they take in their food and service. Brick and Embers helped make our wedding even more special, and we are so grateful to have had them there to celebrate with us. We highly recommend them for any event and would absolutely use them again!❤️🍕

    Brick & Embers catered our wedding and the pizza was amazing! We had so many guests tell us how much they loved it and that pizza was the perfect choice. Their grazing table was beautiful too, and everything was delicious. We’re already looking forward to having their pizza again!

    My husband and I just had the scallop and whole bellied clams baskets, and had to let you folks at Bricks and Sticks know ,this was the best seafood we’ve had in six decades! Also excellent service ,

    I’d been craving some authentic wood fire oven pizza for a while now and saw Brick and Embers suggested on Google - and I’m so glad I did. By far one of the best pizzas I’ve had since moving to Maine!! Satisfied my craving and then some. Sauce was definitely homemade and just pristinely balanced - sweet, savory, acidic perfection. It was light and not heavy at all but so indulgent at the same time. Ingredients were super fresh! Crust and undercarriage were perfect. And It was just the right size that leaves you satisfied but not like you way overindulged and feel bleh after eating it. Service was super fast and friendly. Overall just a stellar pizza experience!
