Russ and Conor first met at the University of Rhode Island, where they both earned degrees in Aquaculture and Fisheries. In 2017, they launched Swell Oyster Company—the first, and still the only, oyster farm in Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire. Today, they’re dedicated to sustainably cultivating premium oysters while enriching the local ecosystem and bringing a fresh, authentic coastal experience to their community.
