“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

Welcome!! We are Madison + McKenzie, best friends turned business partners and the heart behind Lavenderie Photos! Our story began back in 2017. What started as snapping photos of friends and family quickly grew into a full blown passion. Fast forward a year, and the two decided to turn their love for photography into something even bigger. Lavenderie Photos was born, and we’ve never looked back! Since then, we’ve had the absolute joy of photographing over 100 amazing individuals and couples. Every session is a celebration, and every love story feels like the first all over again.

“My Husband and I found Lavenderie through Facebook and decided to go with them for our wedding in 2023. They were very affordable and their website and portfolio fit our style. They were very open and understanding to my ideas and what I wanted for my wedding. They brought their own ideas for the photos that I loved and ended up being my favorite ones! We decided to use them again for our maternity photos and they turned out amazing as well! Definitely a jack of all trades for any photo session you’d like to do! They know great places and are very easy to talk to if there’s something you’d like to change! Can’t wait to book my family photos sometime this year! Definitely recommend if you want a relatable, innovative, affordable photographer!”
