Pinewood Baking is a custom order dessert company located in SeaTac, Washington, and run out of my home. I am a fully licensed cottage home permit-run bakery (regulated by the Washington State Department of Agriculture). I am insured as well and can provide documentation for your venue.😊

Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.

Lady Yum is a French Macaron and Champagne Parlor located in the heart of Downtown Kirkland, South Lake Union, Pioneer Square, Seatac Airport, and Bellevue Square! featuring 20 flavors made daily in small batches from big imaginations. Opening the Lady Yum shop was always the plan, I just didn’t know how long it would take or how exactly I would get there. It required meticulous planning, tons of money, education, the perfect space, the perfect product, the perfect people, and the perfect process…and most importantly, I had to acknowledge and deal with my own personal fears and shortcomings. Namely, I had to learn how to ask for help.

Hi, it's me Amber! The cake maker of your wildest dreams! I started baking cakes six years ago in Milton Massachusetts for a non-profit called "Birthday Cakes 4 Free" my family would bake and deliver cakes to children and seniors who were not able to afford a cake on their special day. During that time, it really allowed me to find my own style. I can now say with confidence, that my aesthetics is PNW inspired! I don't use fondant, and I try my hardest to incorporate the seasons most beautiful fresh organic flowers.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

A native of Oregon, Megan Bamford found her calling to cuisine when she was just a tot. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.

I found the process of making and decorating cookies to be fun and rewarding, I made cookies to give to friends, and eventually, people started ordering from me. Many of my clients use my cookies as a token of appreciation and as special giveaways. The most challenging part of my job is the fine details involved in decorating my cookies.
