“I cannot believe we were ever considering not having a videographer after the amazing experience and video we got with Amanda at EightZero2. From the beginning, Amanda was super responsive and open with her thoughts on what would work best for our day (drone footage, raw footage, etc.). The day of, her process was so smooth and seamless - we felt so comfortable around her and she vibed PERFECTLY with our photo team. She got our preview video out to us before we even landed for our honeymoon, and delivered absolutely amazing results. The drone footage added the absolute coolest panoramics, and the editing was perfect (she even reached out to ask if we wanted anything changed after the fact). Would (and already have) highly recommend Amanda to anyone getting married. You will not regret it!”

“Thomas & Bridget were the best! They were quick to respond to our questions and made the entire planning process feel straightforward and stress-free. The flower farm itself is the perfect Vermont backdrop for a wedding, and our guests had a blast exploring the grounds and enjoying the thoughtful cocktail and drink options they provided. On Friday morning before our ceremony, everything was organized and ready for us to put the final touches together, which took so much pressure off. “Corinne photographed our August 2025 wedding and she was a fantastic choice! Having the engagement session included in the package was such a bonus. We wanted our engagement shoot at our family camp, which is pretty far off the beaten path, and Corinne didn’t even blink—she happily made the drive out to meet us! As a bride, I wanted a photographer who was calm, kind, and organized on the wedding day, and Corinne was exactly that. If you’re looking for candid photos that truly capture who you and your partner are—rather than the typical cookie-cutter portraits—go with her! She is always happy to hop on a phone call and talk things out which made me feel at ease throughout the process.”

“Planning our microwedding at the Tillerman was such a lovely and low-stress experience, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. We were able to customize our day to be uniquely ours, without being overwhelmed with choices or having to book extra vendors. The Barn at the Tillerman is such a beautiful venue for a reception, the fire pit was a huge hit with our guests, and it was so nice to walk back to our room in the inn, exhausted, and fall into the most comfortable bed with lovely linens. We left the menu and dessert menus completely up to the Tillerman and were blown away by the quality and quantity of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented food. We customized our bar offerings, decided on a long family style table set-up, and left the rest up to the Tillerman. Kenzie was amazing, supportive and prompt in every way, and was how we knew a microwedding at the Tillerman was right for us. We envisioned a romantic and whimsical day of celebration with our closest friends and family and the Tillerman delivered, keeping the entire experience stress free and for a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much to Kenzie, Kate and Jason, Kelsey, and the entire staff at the Tillerman for giving us the best wedding day.”

I don't have my professional photos back yet and didn't get many of my own photos but I am attaching one from the trial for my makeup - she did an AMAZING job - and one of my hair from the wedding day. “Our wedding at Sugarbush was perfect. We worked with Carolann who was extremely easy to work with, professional, and made the day of feel completely seamless. We got married in the Claybrook courtyard, held cocktail hour outside Gatehouse, reception inside Gatehouse, and had an after party in the pub. Every detail was excellent - bar service, food, and the team's ability to bring my half baked vision to life. They handled all my questions, last minute requests, and day of coordination. We stayed on-site and our guests loved the hotel. The large suites were great for getting ready and hanging out post events. As the bride, all I had to do was show up where Carolann told me to be and I had the best day. I know there was a whole team working behind the scenes to make that possible and I am so grateful.”

All of my guests are still raving about it saying “wedding of the century” and “best wedding I’ve ever been to”. They helped me with all the planning and made the process so much easier. They have so much to offer, from gorgeous views to fun activities. The groom and groomsmen all went skeet shooting the morning of before the wedding and they had so much fun. We rented several guest houses and had the Jewel as our bridal suite and it was absolutely stunning. The staff there was very attentive and helpful. My planner, Miranda, was super helpful and my day of coordinator, Elizabeth, was absolutely amazing. She worked so hard to make the day run smoothly and everything was so perfect. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and I can’t wait to go back there on our anniversaries and enjoy all that the resort has to offer. It was worth every dime”

Mr. Moose has a lot of friends and we'd love to play for your next event! Listeners can expect to be indulged in works from the blues, swing, and bebop eras of jazz as well as unique jazz-funk–fusion-infused tunes from chart-toppers, wedding-bangers, and basement-parties across the decades; all performed with inspiration and wisdom learned from studying the great tenor saxophone players like John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, Coleman Hawkins, and Stan Getz, to name a few.

“Moose was a really fun band to have at our party! We were looking for something kind of jazzy and kind of funky to provide some atmosphere, and these guys really fit the bill. We requested a couple of songs in advance, and their versions of those songs were really good. The guys in the band were kind, and easy to communicate with from the first email to the very end of the night. Highly recommend!”

When I first started wedding photography, I made a goal of being more than just the photographer on your big day. I made it my goal to be your friend, someone you can crack inside jokes with, and someone who isn't afraid to get down + have fun at the reception (while still doing her job). I made it my goal to capture more than just photos, but an experience. Whether it’s high in the mountains, on a beach near the ocean, in a forest meadow - you deserve to get married however you want to & I want to capture it for you.

“From the moment we started planning our wedding, Lexi from Hazel & Spice Photography was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond to capture the shots that any bride dreams of having. On the day of our wedding, she showed up early and helped our bartender set up the last-minute charcuterie cups while I was finishing my hair—that's just who she is. Lexi wasn't just our photographer; she became a friend to us. Her work is incredible and her dedication to making our day special really stood out. We can't recommend her enough. And the results of her work, our photos from our special day turned out breath taking! Chose Lexi you will never be disappointed!”

We had all our friends and family stay on the property with us, we used the field for giant games of kickball, volleyball, badminton, and capture the flag. We swam in the waterfalls on the property, walked the trails, and took in the beautiful valley views all day every day. The dancehall was everything you could hope for as a dinner venue - historic, elegant, and magical. The owners are incredibly kind, responsive, and wonderful people. Being able to use the property and do our own food and flowers and everything else let us have exactly the wedding we hoped to have. Every single one of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Rachel Vitagliano Events

Hey there! I’m Rachel, founder and principal planner at RVE, and I’m not your average wedding planner. I launched my planning company in 2022 from the mountains of Vermont, after years in the wedding industry learning, growing, and honing my craft. Around here, we do things a little differently. I believe wedding planning should feel like a celebration, not a stress test—and that’s where my signature style of laid-back luxury comes in!

Awarded Best of Zola
“TLDR: Hire Rachel, she is excellent at her job and will make all your event dreams come true! Throughout the year leading up to my wedding, the question I got the most was “is the wedding planning stressful?” And my reply, every single time, was “no, because I have the most amazing wedding planner.” I cannot recommend Rachel Vitagliano Events enough. She planned our wedding, which was a double feature including a picnic ceremony at the lake in the morning followed by an 80s Prom reception in the evening. Two very different vibes, a lot to coordinate, plan, and decorate, and Rachel and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. We had meetings every couple months throughout the year, and Rachel always had an answer to every question, never missing a beat. She has an online portal that made organization easy and pleasant. She has amazing ideas and vision. Any time I got overwhelmed, she was immediately able to ease my concerns and I felt so much better after every time we spoke. For the Prom reception, that took place at the City Hall, the only thing we gave her was a color scheme and a Pinterest board. From that she created a mesmerizing portal through time that made every single guests’ jaws drop. People could not stop talking about how amazing it looked. For reference, see the pictures below – the sparkling, dreamlike Prom compared to how it looked the NEXT DAY, set up for a local vote. These photos are also a testament to how fast and thorough her team’s clean up was! The fire alarm even went off in the middle of the reception, and I had no idea that Rachel spent almost an hour trouble shooting and dealing with the fire department (there was no fire). I didn’t even know this was going on—she goes above and beyond to deal with the stress so that her clients have the perfect time. Rachel brought all of our dreams to life and somehow made them even better than we imagined. She is so incredibly good at every aspect of her job. My wedding was perfect and an absolute dream, in large part because of Rachel. Hiring her will be the best decision you could make for your event planning!!”

Everything they do is filled with intention - from the fact that they only take on two weddings a month, to how they divide tasks on wedding day, to the cadence of check-ins during the planning process. I hired Wild Fern to help me with the last three months of planning through our wedding weekend, and Cassie was there to support not only with logistics and vendor meetings, but also with the stress of it all. She anticipated my needs and questions before I could even ask them. I truly don't know if I could have kept my head while crossing the finish line if it weren't for Cassie. Everyone kept commenting how calm I was as a bride on our wedding day, and it was truly because I trusted Cassie and Chelsea and knew they would execute my vision to a T. If you're looking for a high-touch, well-organized planning team with strong vendor relationships, look no further than Wild Fern. As a bonus, they also have a sister business, Wild Fern Rentals, and offer some really stunning statement rentals that will transform your space. I've said to multiple people that hiring them was the best wedding-related purchase I made, and not only did we have a beautiful wedding weekend, but we gained Cassie as a friend for life.”

Garren Poirier is the name and I CAN'T say I've been into photography since my dad gave me a camera back in 1982. I started getting interested in photography in 2004 after I bought my first camera for a trip across the pacific to Indonesia. From that point I was obsessed with taking pictures. I immersed myself in learning about photography through books, the internet and trial and error. My true passion in the beginning was landscape which I believed helped me with other aspects of photography, I love finding new ways to look at the world.

“Aside from my bride-to-be, Garren was the person I was most excited to see on our wedding day. He blew us away at every step of the process. The photos are creative and absolutely stunning, and the previews came in so quickly that I'm somewhat convinced that Garren doesn't sleep. He was the vendor that made us feel most at ease, and at this point we're trying to come up with other life events that we can book him for. You could not be in better hands.”

“The Inn at the Round Barn Farm is one of the most magical places on the planet. We had our September 2026 wedding at the Round Barn and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The location, the beauty, the comfort, the service... all immaculate. We knew this is the venue we wanted from the minute we stepped foot on our tour in 2024. Fortunately, it lived up to all our expectations. The inn itself is clean and inviting. There's a variety of room styles - we had our immediate family stay here during wedding weekend and they all loved it. The unique decor makes for fun spots to do wedding photos too! Ashley, the innkeeper, just instantly becomes part of your family. She is kind and thoughtful and makes sure you have everything you need. For example, she made sure she had iced coffee for my fiancé and I before we arrived because she remembered from our tasting weekend we didn't do hot coffee. Also the breakfast and treats she makes is UNREAL - so yummy. I keep thinking about the maple yogurt bowls... Renee, the wedding coordinator is a force; she is exactly who you want running your big day. She is calm and easy to work with, while also running a tight ship and making sure you get everything you want. A few months out from our wedding, when we met and started working with Renee, so many of our lingering concerns just dissolved. She is ON IT. We really wanted a private breakfast the morning of our wedding to do private vows. We would've been fine with just a table... Renee went above and beyond to create a beautiful, romantic, private breakfast for us. This was one of the highlights of our entire wedding weekend. Ari, food and beverage manager, just simply makes your dreams come true without you having to do much. We gave her notes from our food tasting and general "vibes" for our signature cocktails and she just nailed it. She also does so much more for you than 'just' the food and drink. Her and Renee are a dynamic duo for all the things you need. I also just appreciated her ability to be fun and thoughtful during a weekend that had a lot of pressure on us. Food was really, really important to us. We wanted really extraordinary dinners for our guests. RBF nailed it. Guests were talking about the food all day and night. My friends are STILL talking about the caviar potatoes in my group chat. Every single bite I took was 5 stars. We can't wait to return here for our anniversary every year. 3”
