We can date our property back to 1867 when it was a fully operational tobacco farm. Today, these historic buildings are part of what makes our property so special. A blend of modern design with vintage charm amongst over 10-acres of stunning gardens make The Inn at Leola Village truly unique. Specializing in stress-free planning, we offer not only the venue and catering, but also a 60-room luxury hotel, award-winning salon and day spa, restaurants, after-party bars, on-site florist, pastry chef and experienced coordinators. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

From the bank barn backdrop as the lights glisten in the evening to the rolling hills out back overlooking nothing but trees and beauty, we have an aesthetic to meet any taste. We are just 20 minutes from Frederick, 60 minutes from DC, and centrally located for the Virginia couple!

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Located outside of historic Antietam, the farm is secluded and serene with gorgeous views and open space. It's the perfect space to unwind and enjoy. GHF is a full-service venue with staffing, coordination and optional bar service included with each event. ​

From the spacious bridal suite upstairs to the mancave downstairs there's so much more to the stone built colonial house than just great photo ops! The old walnut tree at the ceremony site is a gorgous backdrop to your vows with the rolling countryside and farmland of Maryland completing the perfect setting. Then reserve a sweet spot on the patio or inside the house for cocktails before dinner is served in the spacious tent. Complete with hardwood floor, the tent can accomodate up to 275 guests comfortably, and still has space for a large dance floor.
