From the 4-5 month mark to the day, I didn't have to worry one bit about timing or logistics, as she ensured the day ran smoothly from start to finish. My daughter's wedding was May 17, 2025 and it was absolutely magical. We love Hummingbird Hollow so much that we talked the groom's family into having the rehearsal dinner there friday night as well. There are 4 different outdoor locations for the ceremony as well as the indoor reception area and we utilized that entire property. The Wedding Walk is absolutely stunning for the ceremony and we had our cocktail hour at the chapel area and then we were all over the property for pictures. Pam and Michael are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. I still can't believe it's over.I'll be dreaming about this experience forever.

Working with The Atrium Center and Jennifer was an absolute pleasure. From the start, Jennifer was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The venue itself was clean, spacious, and extremely well-organized, providing amazing value for the price. It was such a joy to work with the team there, and they contributed greatly to making our special day truly unforgettable. The only thing I would recommend is improving the lighting and the DJ's sound connection, but overall our experience was phenomenal. We're so thankful to have found The Atrium Center for our Quinceañera .

I can’t say enough about the experience we had! After getting engaged, I immediately started looking at venues. We visited countless venues and had a pros and cons list for each place. After visiting Deerwood and working with Jordan and Ally, we didn’t have any “cons” and we knew it was the perfect place to have our special day. From the beginning, the team was the most helpful, informative and friendly. Throughout the process, the communication and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I was so calm leading up to my wedding day knowing that we had everything in order and had a timeline to follow. My main worry at the time for any outdoor ceremony was the weather (something out of anyone’s control), but the weather turned out to be amazing! Ally went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and we had a backup rain plan. The day of was magical! It was as if all of the Pinterest inspo pictures came to life but 1000x better than I could’ve imagined. It was absolutely perfect. We received SO many compliments about the set up, staff and food! I had many people tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and still talk about how amazing the food was. We cannot recommend getting married here enough! They helped make all of our dreams come true and I’m forever grateful to them for making this the best experience.

They were always just a call or text away, ready to guide us through every question with patience and kindness. The hall is already so elegant with its natural wood color and white limestone walls that made our theme just pop more - all our guest complimented the hall choice. Lauren went above and beyond, she even helped us with floor plans and made sure every detail was perfect. We planned our wedding while I was living in another city 3 hours away and their professionalism and warmth made planning so much easier. Highly recommend!

Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.

We love Olde Dobbin Station! It was a beautiful venue, staff was great, really had no issues aside from some miscommunication at the end of the reception regarding the bar tab. My MIL was covering the bar tab for us… she paid the set up with her CC and thought at the end of the night they would just run her CC again to cover the tab. She left the reception at 9. As we were about to leave we were told “your mother skipped the bar tab.” It wasn’t intentional on my MIL part. So we had to frantically try to get ahold of her to pay… she was sleeping so there was issues. It was all taken care of, but was a very stressful 30 min for the bride and groom when we are supposed to be enjoying ourselves and getting ready for our send off.

The owner, Bear, and the coordinator, Paola, are truly in a league of their own. They bring a wealth of knowledge and years of experience to the table, which was evident in every planning session. They didn’t just work with us; they worked with our entire family to ensure every logistical hurdle was cleared long before the big day. Their communication is flawless—whether we had questions about outside vendors, day-of timelines, or the tiny details that make a wedding feel complete, they were always available and incredibly flexible. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful, well-kept, and maintained the entire property was. The attention to detail is impressive; every restroom was spotless, and the grounds were picture-perfect. We also rented rooms for our family members, and the accommodations were exceptional.
