If you're looking for the most UNIQUE and DIFFERENT wedding venue for your special day....then you've come to the right place! When it comes to weddings, we know how to create the perfect atmosphere and help you make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We even offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people so you can maximize your time with your friends and family! The venue provides enough tables & chairs to seat 120 people inside the Barn & 150 chairs for the Outdoor Ceremony Area. Our Saloon offers seating for 15 people, plus additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire beautiful 4-acre property.

The Outdoor Ceremony Area

The perfect spot to say “I DO!” Picture perfect place for the beautiful bride to walk down the steps of the hill to her new life. Use the 100 chairs that we provide or feel free to bring in additional chairs or even rent hay bales...."YOUR WEDDING....YOUR WAY!"

The Bridal Suite

The perfect place for the bride & her bridesmaids to get ready for the big day with all the amenities of HOME! Located upstairs in the Suite Caroline Room inside of the Guesthouse.

The Groomsmen's Jail

The Jail was originally used as a recording studio for the Singing Cowboy who built the Western Town over 40 years ago...but now it is used as the perfect "man cave" to get ready in! It comes complete with a full bathroom, including a shower, so you can put your finest duds on and then wait in the Saloon with your buddies until your beloved is ready to walk down the aisle with you!

The Cowboy Loft Hotel

A great place to "Hang Your Hat" for a night or weekend! This sits inside of the the authentic Western Town where you can hang in the Saloon or sit around the campfire. What a different and FUN type of get-a-way for couples or solo travelers!!!

The Event Barn

Dance the night away in the amazing Event Barn! Our 2000 sq ft is beautifully decorated with rustic décor and many lights and is equipped with heat & air, a stage and enough tables & chairs to seat 100 people as well as a Wireless Bluetooth PA System with microphone.

Awesome Venue!
We booked this wedding venue in February of 2025. Kathy worked alongside us over the course of a year ensuring what we needed was done and constantly checking in. She texted me Thursday April 30 to give me words of wisdom and encouragement for my wedding day, and what a sweet thing that was. She reminded me on what to bring and not forget, and told me about some weather issues they had. After having some damage and trees down from a small tornado that was super close Tuesday April 28, Kathy allowed us to arrive early on Friday May 1, to check that the venue was in good shape. The owner Kathy had some great volunteers who spent time that week removing damaged property and limbs in prep for my wedding day. Thank you so much to her team for that. We booked the whole weekend package where we got to stay onsite from Friday to Sunday! When I arrived on Friday, I was immediately notified that my coordinator whom I had been working with for a year was fired that morning due to very valid reasoning. As expected everyone went into panic mode not knowing what to do. We felt very unsure of how this day was going to go without our coordinator and decorator. Kathy immediately made some phone calls and got me situated with two great coordinators, Amber and Amanda, who so kindly made time to come help with my day. Without them, the wedding wouldn’t have happened. Kathy worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was in order and the venue was ready for the next day. She was moving tree limbs, breaking a sweat, and constantly checking in without expecting help from us. She stayed into the late evening Friday to make sure all was well and said she’d come back the next morning! We had our rehearsal dinner onsite the evening of Friday, on the back patio behind the reception barn. It was wonderful to be able to use the venue to the full capacity for each of our events. On the day of my wedding Kathy brought in and set up a great mimosa bar and cookies for my bridal party and I to enjoy while getting ready. She stayed to make sure everything was how it was supposed to be a ready for the big day. And she partially played coordinator to ensure the day went smooth, running our cake out, talking to guests who showed up uninvited, and helping the flow of the wedding. I cannot thank Kathy enough for her generosity, time making sure this day was not ruined by unforeseen circumstances, and making sure I stayed calm and was taken care of. Kathy you’re a great woman! We absolutely loved this venue and our time there! It is such a unique and fun place for our western vintage wedding theme. Our guests were raving and constantly complimenting what a cool place this was. We danced the night away and had such a wonderful time. It was so convenient being able to stay onsite the whole weekend and on our wedding night. It surely went by SO fast, but was so so great! If you’re looking for a fun, inviting, and unique place that is nothing like anywhere else, this is the place to go. Kathy was an angel to work with! I highly recommend The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue for your wedding or any parties and get togethers!

Amazing Experience!!
The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding! Kathy and Whitney were prompt, concise, and incredibly positive in their communication throughout the planning process. The venue itself had a wonderful rustic and charming atmosphere, providing a truly unique experience and a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Kathy and Whitney went above and beyond to make our day special, accommodating our every need and providing thoughtful (detailed!!) suggestions that elevated our event. Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly thanks to all of their hard work and dedication. We had a fantastic experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a truly wonderful wedding (or other) celebration!!

AMAZING People & Venue
The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding day! From the moment we first spoke with Kathy and Whitney, we felt their warm, communicative, and excited energy that made us feel so welcomed and valued as clients. They were incredibly friendly and inviting throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond to make our special day unique and relaxed. Whitney made herself entirely available for the rehearsal and our wedding day, helping with everything from setting up dinner tables for the rehearsal dinner, decorating the arbor, and even setting up drink stations with ice water the day of our wedding. Kathy and Whitney had everything covered, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing - they had already thought of and executed on all the little details we had only just considered. The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue and it’s amazing staff made our wedding day so special and memorable!
