Nestled in the country side of North Texas, the rustic sophisticated charm of HD Ranch is truly unique to the area with its accommodations. HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Enjoy private yard with pool, hot tub, grill and cedar cabana...perfect for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday Brunch with guests!

Located on the back of the property the venue itself is full of unique rustic textures of cedar wood and chopped stone, including a floor to ceiling fireplace. HD Ranch is the perfect size to comfortably accommodate up to 130 guests. The reclaimed barn wood interior has complimentary natural ceilings embellished with elegant wrought-iron lighting. Our outdoor ceremony area is private with a 50 foot walk way to a covered arbor.

The Melissa Barn was the perfect choice for our wedding day. From our first conversation through the final moment, the team communicated clearly and responded to every question we had. They coordinated all the details with precision and were always there when we needed support. The venue itself is stunning, and we loved having separate spaces for the bride and groomsmen to get ready in both areas were spotless and comfortable. We also appreciated that decorations and chairs/tables were included, which saved us time and money. The staff's attention to detail and genuine care made our day feel special, and we would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a venue.

Melissa Barn was such a good choice for us! It was everything that we needed on one property. Also, such a unique opportunity to have the property overnight compared to other venues. Gave my mother-in-law a lot of peace of mind to be able to setup 90% of the decor the day before! My wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before at the guest house, pool and grotto. Then the bridal party stayed the night in the house before wedding day. Everything went smooth and seamless. Nate was a huge help for us, managing all the little things behind the scenes so we could rest on our big day. So thankful we decided to go to Melissa Barn, great decision both for our money and memories. Only regret is we wish we told everyone to stop at the Buccee's up the road so we could reduce our catering headcount ;)

We had our wedding at the Melissa Barn. This venue was perfect! My now husband is actually the one who chose the venue because, unlike other venues we had looked at, this one has a guest house/man cave for the groom and his groomsmen to hang out in during the day. It made him feel special and gave him a space of his own. The bridal suite in the main house is beautiful and had more than enough space for my bridesmaids and me to get ready. We even had our first look in the front room, the lighting was perfect! Our ceremony got moved indoors because of weather, but it did not bring the day down. The barn was decorated beautifully and fit all 110 of our guests comfortably. Our guests had a great time and everything ran soo smoothly. Nate was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for our event from the time we booked to the end of our reception. Shout out to Devan who was an awesome day of coordinator, we would have been lost without her day of. We truly could not have found a better venue for our wedding Thank you Melissa Barn for making our day soo special!

AMAZING Venue!! It was so perfect. They were so accommodating and wonderful to work with! We had a huge couples baby shower with 80 people. Tables were great, they had everything we needed. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, lots of parking and even with 102 temp outside the AC was a wonderful 69 inside. Which was wonderful for everyone’s comfort!
