About this venue
An affordable wedding venue located just 30 minutes south of Dallas. Our 10-acre, secluded, whimsical, wooded retreat offers a non-traditional venue with lush greenery, hundreds of mature trees, and tons of string lights, providing a modern rustic feel. Our space is pre-decorated with multiple ceremony backdrops, a hanging white floral dance floor, white drapes, and a photo wall (all included)! Perfect for those seeking a venue that is boho, dark romantic, or a forest setting for an intimate wedding. We even have resident wedding llamas and a beer burro to keep things fun and light-hearted! End the night with our convenient on-site lodging for your wedding party or guests!

The Complete Package
I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue! It’s is truly a beautiful place that is so welcoming and so elegantly decorated. The owners and staff are so responsive and more than happy to answer any questions you have, no matter how many times you ask them! We used their decor package, coordination, photography and add on packages with fun llamas and donkey and popcorn machine as well as a night in their honeymoon suite! Being able to have everything done by the venue helped me as the bride stay organized and not have to worry about anything! They also think of every detail so you don’t have to forget anything! Brie was an amazing coordinator who makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever with her personality. It felt like I had an extension of my best friend with me that day helping me organize and stay calm as well as make me feel important on the big day! I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing, she had everything under control. It was an stress-free day which is just how your wedding day should be. Byron has an amazing energy as a photographer and made it so easy to laugh and get those beautiful candid shots! I highly recommend using their preferred vendors as well. We used them for catering and DJ and bartending. Because they’ve worked together so much, they knew all the details of when and where to set up and it was one less thing for me to have to worry about figuring out on the day of. They also were wonderful vendors to work with! Great food and great service! I will be recommending this place to any bride who is looking for the COMPLETE package when it comes to the wedding of your dreams!
AMAZING WEDDING EXPERIENCE
My husband and I got married at Arrowwood on May 26. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We used not only the venue, but the add on services of coordination, decoration, and floral. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it and I would describe the day as perfect. Every question that I had leading up to the day was answered quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Our coordinator, Bri, truly made the day so easy and fantastic. She was on top of everything from decorations, wrangling groomsmen, and making sure I was having a relaxing/ fabulous time. I could not be more thankful for her help and her guidance in making decisions and the wedding timeline. If you are considering using Arrowwood, do it!!

Amazing Experience!
My husband and I got married on 3/18/2024, and we had an amazing experience! We utilized multiple add-ons, and they were all amazing The decor package made our wedding to-do list significantly shorter, and they made sure to utilize our wedding colors consistently throughout the venue. Brianne was our day-of coordinator. We originally met with Taylor to be our coordinator, but this changed prior to the wedding itself. Even with this change, Brianne really stepped up to the plate and was super easy to work with! She made the entire wedding go smoothly (e.g., we never even saw the caterer because she handled that), and even made a cute video of the wedding which I will hold onto forever. We also utilized the s’mores bar and the yard games, which were both a success. We accidentally bought sparklers instead of with Arrowwood, but they were super nice and still made sure there was someone on site to ensure the sparkler send-off ran smoothly. We also stayed at their Elmwood site with our wedding party, which was a great distance from the venue and super nice! Overall, 5/5 experience! We definitely recommend!
