About this venue

An affordable wedding venue located just 30 minutes south of Dallas. Our 10-acre, secluded, whimsical, wooded retreat offers a non-traditional venue with lush greenery, hundreds of mature trees, and tons of string lights, providing a modern rustic feel. Our space is pre-decorated with multiple ceremony backdrops, a hanging white floral dance floor, white drapes, and a photo wall (all included)! Perfect for those seeking a venue that is boho, dark romantic, or a forest setting for an intimate wedding. We even have resident wedding llamas and a beer burro to keep things fun and light-hearted! End the night with our convenient on-site lodging for your wedding party or guests!

The wedding of our dreams!
I got married here on Monday, March 9, 2026! When we first got engaged, we did not know if we could ever afford a wedding. And after months of searching, we found Arrowwood! Arrowwood made everything affordable and by laying out all the pricing for us; it put us at ease about our decision. No hidden fees and no stress! We had the wedding of our dreams!! Even though it was a weekday wedding, they still treated us like it was still the weekend! Our coordinator, Hannah, was by far the best person to have ever coordinated our wedding!! She was 100% worth it and made us feel like royalty on our day. She stayed on top of everything, and even when my veil flew off, she swept in and handled it. I did not have to worry about a single thing; she definitely handled everything, and I did not know what went wrong until way later! For example, our mirrored seating chart broke and shattered everywhere during the ceremony, but she still managed to hang it up by using another mirror in the decor package we added on! I also highly recommend the decor package! She was amazing, and we have been glowing about her to everyone! If you're on the fence about getting the coordination, I highly recommend doing it through Arrowwood! We have nothing but positive things to say about Arrowwood, and I have recommended this venue! This venue gave me the twilight-inspired wedding of my dreams! I can't stop thinking about it!!

Absolutely beautiful venue!
Our wedding was 9/14/2025 and we absolutely loved this venue! It is gorgeous and gives off fairytale/Twilight wedding vibes, which is exactly what we wanted. We used some of the extra packages, including decor, fireworks, and their day-of coordinator, which made the day run so smooth and less stressful. Our day-of coordinator, Brandi, was amazing to work with and kept everything on time and running perfectly. Everyone we talked to was very kind and answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend this venue!

The Perfect Venue
Arrowwood’s decor add-ons allowed us to personalize every detail to match our vision, and the fireworks option brought a spectacular flair to the evening. The onsite lodging was a fantastic perk, offering convenience and comfort for us and our guests, making the entire weekend feel like a seamless celebration. Their day-of coordination service was invaluable, and Bri, our phenomenal day-of coordinator, was simply outstanding. She managed everything with grace and expertise, ensuring the day ran smoothly and stress-free. Her warm, welcoming energy made everyone—us, our families, and our guests—feel so at ease, and her professionalism shone through in every moment.

DREAM. COME. TRUE. ️️️
There are no words to describe how Arrowwood and Brie made my wedding dreams come true on such a magical level. For context, my dream has always been a very nature centered, intimate, informal, romantic wedding in the winter. So if that’s not your dream, I understand. But from the get, even during wedding chaos and curveballs- even DROPPED balls- Brie held my wedding together with her bare hands to make sure I had the best day of my entire life. She is just such a badass and caring and strong and organized and sure footed woman. My groomsmen were stupid and forgot they had to setup? She got did setup without asking until I screamed at the men to get down there. I was running late? She told me to breathe and slow down. I needed my vape during rehersal? She held it IN HER HAND for when I needed it. People left my wedding early cuz they thought it was over? She held that together and told me to do whatever I wanted. Boys got too drunk? Whatever, it’s my wedding, do whatever activities I want to. She kept me so centered and held it down. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are adorable, the bridal suite overnight was perfect (well the TV was missing remotes but we made it work) and I will always always cherish my wedding day at Arrowwood. If you want a magical, nature centered wedding, please do yourself a favor and choose Arrowwood!! Even the cleaning lady was so sweet and I’m so sad I forgot her name!!!! ️️️

Beautiful Venue
From the moment we booked Arrowwood Weddings Events for our special day, their communication was consistently timely and in-depth. The quality of their work was truly wonderland-like, creating a picturesque and ideal setting that was priceless.
