A magical fairy-tale at a picturesque villa
Getting married at this venue felt like something out of a Bridgerton-fantasy. From the moment the chapel door opened for the bride to the blooming flowers and green from the garden cocktail hour and to the soft-light candle dinner. As a bride and groom, it's everything we could have dreamed for. The venue is so versatile and can accommodate for so much. The staff we worked with provided us with all the information before the big day. And our coordinator Hannah, was the most reassuring and organized sweet human being we could have asked for. Before wedding day she sent hype texts and checked-in plenty. When we had a hiccup during the big day, she was quick to fix it like when she needed to pocket-fold 150 napkins an less than an hour about the ceremony. (thank YOU!!) She also was a master time keeper. All of our guests were in awe of how beautiful and seamless everything went. This is certainly a place that will stay with us forever and a night that will remain unforgettable.

Dream Winter Wedding
My husband and I got married at The Springs in Waxahachie back in February 2026 and we would 100% choose this venue again if we had the choice! We were initially concerned that since we were having a winter wedding, the greenery that caught our eyes would not hold up. However, the team reassured us the surrounding landscape would be tended to year round, and on the day of, everything looked just as beautiful! They even provided us with photos of January/February weddings so we could have a clearer idea of what everything would look like. It was a small but greatly appreciated detail—one that left a positive impression on us about the venue’s preparedness and transparency. We ultimately opted for the wedding package that included in-house catering, DJ, linens, and a day of coordination.We wanted a dry wedding, and they were able to accommodate that in our final invoice. While selecting the package meant trading out some flexibility to choose our own vendors, we were personally very content with our final selections. Having good food was highly important to us so we were happy to learn the Springs had open houses with menu tastings every couple of months. We selected the braised short ribs and petit salmon filet as our two mains, which exceeded our expectations. We also had a very positive experience working with our assigned DJ (Steven) and day of coordinator (Alex). They were both professional, personable, available and helpful in making sure our wedding day turned out the way we envisioned! We also had the pleasure of having B Blumen Flower Farms as our floral vendor, which was recommended through the Springs. Angie was the lead designer and created the most beautiful bridal bouquet and reception table arrangements! Overall, we are so happy to have celebrated our union together with our friends/family here. Wedding planning felt much more manageable having a great team and network of support at the Springs.

The Springs Waxahachie is AMAZING!!!!
We had such an amazing experience at The Springs in Waxahachie! Their communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They made everything feel smooth, organized, and stress-free, which meant so much during such a busy time. We’re so grateful for their team and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding! We cannot say thank you enough to our day of coordinator, Alex Koerth. Alex was truly a dream to work with and such a special part of our wedding day. From the start, she made us feel completely taken care of—helping build a thoughtful timeline, confirming every vendor, and making sure no detail was overlooked. On the wedding day, Alex went above and beyond in every way. She handled all the coordination and decor setup so seamlessly, and somehow kept everything running perfectly while also bringing the calmest, kindest energy to the entire day. Knowing Alex was there allowed us to fully relax, soak in every moment, and just be present with each other and our loved ones. Additionally, Our DJ, Daven, was amazing! He really took the time to listen to our preferences and brought our vision to life perfectly. The music and overall vibe were spot on all night, and the dance floor stayed full of life—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are so, so grateful for everything The Springs team did to make our day feel effortless and beautiful. If you’re looking for a team who genuinely cares and will treat your wedding like it’s their own, The Springs is the one. We can’t recommend them enough!!!

We had the absolute best experience with The Springs in Waxahachie! We used the venue for the linens, DJ, coordinator, catering and the bar. It made it so easy to have all of the contacts through one business instead of multiple. For catering, we had the Italian buffet, and everyone was raving about our food. We had Lindsay and Amanda as our wedding coordinators. Lindsay worked with us throughout the planning process and was there at the beginning of our wedding day. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and made everything feel so manageable leading up to the big day. Amanda took over toward the end of the night and handled our send-off flawlessly. Both of them were amazing, so helpful, and truly made the entire day and night feel effortless for Trevor and I. Thanks to them, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. They handled any issues without Trevor and I even knowing until after we got back from our honeymoon! We can’t recommend this venue and especially Lindsay and Amanda enough!

Best Day!
The Springs in Waxahachie was an incredible venue for our wedding. Their communication style was efficient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was huge - the venue itself was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything was well communicated, and they also responded to every question I texted them in very helpful ways. I cannot recommend The Springs highly enough for any couple looking for a stunning, well-run wedding venue.
