About this venue

It really started with an idea, how do we create a space that is beautiful and inviting where our guests can celebrate life. The Cinnamon Barn is built from the ground up with you in mind. It sits on 9+ acres and offers a reception hall, wedding couple’s rooms, outdoor veranda, outdoor seating area, a tented option and other amenities you would need to host your wedding, corporate retreats, graduation, birthday or anniversary party. Located just east of McKinney, Texas and minutes from Lake Lavon you will find the property and the rolling landscape tactfully appointed to cater to your needs. Your entire guest list and all honorees will love our beautiful landscapes and tasteful décor, no matter the occasion.

The most memorial Texas Barn experience you can give your guests!

The Big Barn can accommodate up to 300 guests with over 6200 sq. feet. The Big Barn has a 28-foot vaulted ceiling and is set with a neutral white modern timber look. The inspiration for this barn was to take the guests back to Texas’s outdoor COUNTRY roots with a southern touch. The White BARN is inspired to provide you with a natural, styled space with rooftop cupolas and appointed details, with all the modern features for your special events.

    Our experience with The Cinnamon Barn was nothing short of magical. From the very first inquiry, Prianna’s communication was exceptional—clear, prompt, warm, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process, offering guidance, answering every question with patience, and making sure we always felt supported. What truly sets The Cinnamon Barn apart is how effortlessly beautiful it is. The venue has this natural charm and elegance that requires very little embellishment; every corner feels intentionally designed and breathtaking. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the space was. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but with Prianna’s help, it felt easy and enjoyable.     WOW!!!

    WOW is all I we can say! Prianna was amazing to work with, and this venue has everything and more... from the awesome event space to the beautiful new pavilion to the additional fountain, bride & grooms' suites and don't forget the black & white checkered dance floor! This was everything we hoped for and more. Great memories were made here, and it will always have a special place in our hearts! Thank you, Prianna!

    Beautiful Venue

    This venue is beautiful. Prianna at the Cinnamon Barn is great to work with and being able to do everything onsite is big plus. The venue looks amazing in all of the photos and videos we have received so far. We loved that you didn't need a lot of decor to make this place look beautiful. We had so many guests rave about how beautiful the place is.

    A Perfect Day, Thanks to the Perfect Venue

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Cinnamon Barn! From start to finish, Prianna went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, elegant, and full of charm. What truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and the overall atmosphere. Many of them told us it was the most beautiful and well-organized wedding they’d ever attended, and we couldn’t agree more. Thanks to Prianna, we had the day of our dreams. If you're considering this venue, do it, you won't regret it. It was truly everything we hoped for and more!

    Wedding at The Cinnamon Barn

    The Cinnamon Barn was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, they were very attentive to our needs and questions, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is aesthetically beautiful, with a clean, modern design that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. They went above and beyond to help set up last minute tables and decor, ensuring everything looked exactly how we envisioned it - they truly brought our Pinterest board to life! The Cinnamon Barn's professionalism and attention to detail made our wedding day truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, well-run space to celebrate their marriage.


Yes we do have accessible facilities.
For weddings, we typically rent weekends on a 12-hour rental. Other events require a 4-hour minimum.
Yes, we do! We have two getting-ready suites. One is a soft-toned suite with large mirrors, a 9ft couch, coffee, en suite bathroom, and an outdoor lounge area, while the other suite comes equipped with a pool table, TV, and an outdoor putting green. Nice, right?
The Cinnamon Barn will sweep, mop, and clean all the facilities, as well as tear down the tables and chairs. We ask that all items be removed from the tables prior to us cleaning up. Both of the getting-ready suites should be tidied up as well. We ask your vendors to make sure all decor is removed, and your caterer to adhere to the clean-up policies we have for our catering kitchen as well as designated trash areas.
We only host one wedding or an event a day. The day is yours, and so is the Cinnamon Barn!
Yes, we do offer self-parking.

Your reservation includes 12 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up.
We do not provide any refunds for cancellations. We will accommodate a reschedule (date change) following the guidelines stated in our contract.
Absolutely. All alcohol has to be served by our approved bartending companies. All alcohol must be store bought, and arrive 3-4 hours prior to the event so bartenders can set up and chill necessary items. Extra ice is your responsibility. We also have a strict no-shots policy with bartending service. Security is mandatory with alcohol.
To get to The Cinnamon Barn from DFW Airport, exit the airport via International Parkway South and merge onto TX-121 North toward Lewisville. Continue on TX-121 North, then take US-75 North toward McKinney. Take exit 41 for US-380 East toward Greenville, turn right onto US-380 East, and drive approximately 10 miles. Then, turn left onto FM 3364—the Cinnamon Barn will be on your right at 3663 FM 3364, Princeton, TX 75407. The drive typically takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
While The Cinnamon Barn has an open vendor policy, we do ask that all vendors you bring in are insured, and name The Cinnamon Barn as the additional insured the day of. Caterers should maintain a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance policy and name The Cinnamon Barn as an additional insured. Should your vendor not have insurance, they can purchase the day of the wedding insurance here.
January, February, July and August
