About this venue
At Madera Estates, our goal is to turn your dream wedding into a reality. Inspired by the historic town of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, you'll be guaranteed to have a once-in-a-lifetime venue. Your loved ones will be transported from the piney woods of Southeastern Texas to the breathtaking and luscious highlands of Central Mexico. After you’ve said your “I Do’s,” your friends and family will be mingling over delicious cocktails and enjoying savory bites in the Arcade and Veranda, our relaxing terrace lounge. When it’s time to party, bring down the house inside the Hacienda with music by your DJ or a live band. Or perhaps you’d prefer to set your celebration outside in front of our Grand Fireplace, dancing under a canopy of stars. When you experience our scenery, Grand Fireplace and Hacienda all together, you'll start to realize why this one of Houston’s top wedding venues.

The Hacienda is a ballroom that defines artistic elegance, complete with crystal chandeliers, artisan feature walls, and candle lit lanterns.
A 6,700-sf indoor reception hall, including VIP Lounge, Cake Room, and Restrooms, capable of hosting a reception and an indoor wedding ceremony with a maximum capacity of 330 guests for a seated event with a dance floor.

Your guests are greeted by the architecturally stunning beauty of our Grand Fireplace and courtyard, our signature backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.
Outdoor paved courtyard which can be used for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or dancing. Area is equipped with lush greenery, 3 fire features, 3 water features, 2 LED trees, and café string lighting.

Our Fairytale Wedding!!!
From the very first moment to the very last, Madera Estates was nothing short of a dream come true for my husband and I! I’m a very Type A bride (lol!) who loves having every detail planned to a T and I can honestly say that on our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Alexa and the entire Madera team were phenomenal, effortlessly keeping everything running smoothly and allowing us to truly be present and soak in every moment. An extra, extra special shoutout to Alexa, who went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. She made sure the night ran without a single hiccup, brought us our signature drinks, and ensured we didn’t miss out on any part of our celebration. Her attentiveness, calm presence, and genuine care made us feel so incredibly supported and special. The experience was so beautiful that I often joke with my husband, “Do you want to get married AGAIN at Madera?” That’s just how magical it was. From our very first consultation back in January 2024 with Ian and Alexa, it was clear that our vision truly mattered. Every conversation, every detail, every step of the process felt intentional, like our dream wedding was at the forefront of their minds. And wow… Madera delivered!!! Our wedding day was absolutely magical. It felt deeply personal, perfectly executed, and filled with so much love and joy. Our hearts were — and still are — incredibly full. We felt genuinely cared for, celebrated, and catered to in every way. Endless thanks and love to everyone at Madera Estates for giving us the most unforgettable Happily Ever Alex Wedding, we will cherish this experience forever!

This is by far the best wedding venue in Conroe. Really it’s great for any event. But they crush weddings. The entire estate is absolutely gorgeous and you will not find better staff. Highly highly recommend for anyone’s big day.

Having our wedding at Madera Estates was truly everything I could have dreamed of and more. We chose Madera largely because of their all-inclusive package, and I cannot recommend going that route enough. It took SO much stress out of the planning process and, more importantly, allowed me to actually be present and enjoy our wedding day. I never felt like I needed to worry about what was happening behind the scenes — they handled everything, and I got to just be a bride. The entire staff at Madera was so kind and welcoming, our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we had so many guests tell us how much fun they had and how much they loved the venue. It genuinely felt like everything came together exactly the way I had hoped. But I have to give the biggest shoutout to our coordinator, Alexa. ❤️ She was truly one of the best parts of our experience with Madera. You can tell immediately that she genuinely cares about what she does and about the couples she works with. She went above and beyond to make the day feel special, easy, and completely taken care of, and having her there made such a difference for us. By the end of the wedding, I was genuinely sad knowing I wouldn't get to see her anymore! 😂 Alexa, if you see this, THANK YOU. You are so good at what you do, and I hope you know how much of an impact you have on the couples you work with. We will always remember how cared for you made us feel on such an important day.
