    The Perfect Wedding Venue!

    We got married at The Jackson at Cherokee Ranch in May, and it was truly the perfect venue! The floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning and provide breathtaking views overlooking the golf course. The venue is beautifully designed with plenty of space, featuring separate rooms for the ceremony and reception, a kitchen, a dedicated catering area, a bar, and everything needed to make the day flow seamlessly. The bridal suite was one of my favorite parts. It has beautiful mirrors, comfortable seating for getting ready, and a private door that opens to a balcony overlooking the golf course. Such a peaceful and gorgeous spot before the ceremony. The groom's suite was equally impressive, complete with a pool table that kept everyone entertained. A huge thank you to Keeley! She was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was always incredibly helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and made everything so much easier. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a beautiful wedding venue with incredible staff, I highly recommend The Jackson at Cherokee Ranch. We are so grateful we chose this venue for our special day!

Yes, outside alcohol is permitted at The Jackson. All alcohol service must be handled by TABC-certified bartenders, and security is required for events serving alcohol. Alcohol shall only be served to individuals who can provide valid proof of legal drinking age as per the laws of the State of Texas. All alcohol serve must cease at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event. These requirements help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for you and your guests while allowing you the flexibility to customize your bar service.
Yes, The Jackson offers convenient on-site parking for our guests. We share approximately 150 parking spaces with the golf course, providing ample space for your celebration and easy access to the venue.
Yes, The Jackson is ADA accessible and designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. Our facility offers accessible spaces and accommodations to ensure everyone can fully enjoy your celebration.
To reserve your date, a payment of 30% of the deposit is required.
For payments, you can pay online using a bank account or credit/debit card, or by bringing a check. Payment plans are also available.
We will meet together multiple times before your event to ensure we have the same expectations of the layout, event times, etc. All details will be finalized at the 30-Day Meeting.
Absolutely! We do not have any vendor restrictions, besides requiring that any bartenders (if applicable) have their TABC license. If you choose to use local Jacksonville vendors, a 2% discount will be added for each one you choose (up to 10%).
Table and layout setting/breakdown are handled by our team, as well as cleaning. You will only be responsible for the set-up and removal of your own decor and items, as well as placing trash in the designated bins.
Event Day Liability Insurance is required for any event with 100 guests or more. The insurance must have $1 million coverage and name "The City of Jacksonville" as an additional insured.
