About this venue

Welcome. In 2019 Robbie, Jim and Brandy sat around a patio table jotting down ideas for a venue they had talked about for years. That began the year-long journey to build the venue that they envisioned. Opening in the middle of a pandemic was a setback but Hidden Pines has survived and is ready to host weddings, proms, baby showers, and more! We wanted to have a venue that allowed our clientele to enjoy the hundreds of acreage surrounding the venue. From the moment you turn on the cedar-lined road to the venue you are surrounded by beautiful East Texas panoramic scenery until you arrive at the venue tucked away back in the pines of Mineola, Texas.

A mother-daughter reoccurring dream that is becoming reality. Robbie and Brandy are a creative mother-daughter pairing. They have wanted to do something together for some time. When the idea of a wedding/event venue came to them in early 2019, it wasn’t immediately realized. It has taken the better part of a year for this dream to materialize into the slab that is before us! 2022 Rates: Fridays: $4,000 Saturdays: $4,500 Sundays: 3,000 Mondays - Thursdays: $2,500

    I had just happened to stumble upon Hidden Pines here on Zola and I’m so glad I did. Ashley and Robbie were so helpful, and even gave us some great ideas to save money on our wedding. They’re so nice and the venue has so many wonderful amenities to help the modern bride. That’s not even mentioning how beautiful and versatile the venue itself is.
