From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! We felt cared for by each member of the team and our guests felt the entire day flowed perfectly, all thanks to Sarah. Every small detail was planned out and went exactly as planned. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

From there, she built a timeline that made the entire process feel so much more manageable. I was able to enjoy the months leading up to the wedding stress free because I knew I was in good hands and cared about our wedding as much as I did. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but she kept me grounded with monthly reminders, gentle check-ins, and clear guidance on what needed to be done and when. On the actual day there were a few hiccups (like an issue with our cake vendor), but I didn’t even know until after the fact—because she handled everything quietly and gracefully, without ever letting it affect the joy of the day. She also set up the décor more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Walking into that space and seeing everything come together so perfectly took my breath away. I was able to enjoy the day of the wedding by peacefully getting ready and being present with my family without having to be concerned about vendors or wedding set up. I can say without a doubt that anyone would be so lucky to have Tiffany as their wedding planner/day of coordinator. The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause! Planning a shower can be a lot of work, Jules Event Planning made my daughter's shower the perfect simple and elegant shower she was hoping for. Julia listened to all our our ideas, no matter how big or small, and truly understood the vision we had for the day. Julia took care of everything and went above and beyond. The decorations were stunning and some fun games. I didn't have to worry about a single detail, which meant I actually was able to relax and enjoy celebrating with my daughter and her guests. The shower was even more beautiful that I imagined and so many our our friends and family commented on how seamless and elegant everything was. Arrow Bella Weddings literally is the reason my wedding was successful and the best night of my life. I could NOT have had this wedding without them. I hired them for hair & makeup, florals, design and planning. I never looked prettier thanks to Katie & Jordan. My bridesmaids say that it is the best hair and makeup they have ever received (some better than their own wedding). April with florals were out of the world amazing. And Taylor hands down took care of EVERYTHING. There were soooo many things that went wrong the week of (people cancelling, people showing up randomly, etc.) and she took care of EVERYTHING with such grace.
