Hillcrest Orchards is an ideal location for a ceremony or a reception. The 90-acre orchard features a historic, 2300 sq. ft. barn and two 24 x 32’ pavilions joined by a brick patio area. Built in 1936, the barn was used to sort and package apples up until 1980 and has recently been renovated to accommodate up to 160 guests complete with restrooms.

Established in 1969, the 50-acre parcel in Brunswick with nothing more than an old barn and a dream. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Although many updates and renovations have taken place over the last 50 years the original barn remains intact, and its beams are still visible in the hall. Over the years Skyview Lodge has held countless events. The building was renovated again in 2001 to expand its capacity and continue building upon the success of the hall rentals. Skyview Lodge heads into its 3rd generation of family ownership & tradition with big plans on the horizon! We look forward to you becoming part of our rich history!

In 1945 a hard-working farmer, Thomas Hricovec had a vision to cater to families with a welcoming atmosphere. His wife, Mary, stood by him and dedicated her time to help him in their journey. The two worked together along with family & friends to make their dream come true. Using their farmland, the Hricovecs changed their lifestyle from farming food, to serving food as well. They broke ground in 1958 and celebrated their first wedding in the fall of 1959. Thomas & Mary instilled the importance of hard work and dedication in their family. Now, third-generation owner Bill Hricovec, a culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales, along with our team, integrates traditional family recipes with a mix of new and innovative menu selections to offer you a wide variety of choices.
