Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. And that was all just from observing before we even spoke with them regarding booking! FtS goes above and beyond to provide a customized experience. Once we inquired about booking they made the whole process so easy and fun for us. We met to discuss our vision for our day, and they were so accommodating as well as provided great insight for us from their experience with other weddings. They have an amazing set list of songs to choose from. Over the weeks leading up to the wedding, any questions we had they were quick to respond and so kind. We had custom requests with family traditions/songs and FtS were able make it all fit seamlessly into the evening. Our dancefloor was packed all night because of the incredible job the band did. We are so thankful and would highly recommend them to any couple interested in live music for their big day. Special shoutout to Sophie for being so attentive and answering all of our questions, and to Richie for being an INCREDIBLE master of ceremonies handling bridal party introductions and announcements throughout the evening.
