“Heather and Jay were incredible to work with. I truly cannot thank them enough. Heather did full decor for my whole wedding weekend. I had an Indian wedding so there were TONS of design needs (frankly more than I thought), and Heather accommodated every request and was so helpful through all the planning. We would have check-in phone calls, and she would walk us through spreadsheets with every tiny decor detail recorded. She was also very helpful with planning and was upfront about everything, gave us options to work through any budgeting/feasibility concerns, and helped with a lot of that wedding decision fatigue. Her husband Jay was instrumental in some of the more elaborate things we asked for, like balconies draped in greenery and a mandap stage. They did two site visits with us for our peace of mind so we could get every detail hammered out. Heather also made lots of great suggestions when I was out of my depth and coordinated with our venue. On the weekend of, I saw her once or twice but otherwise just trusted her absolutely to execute. And the actual decor! It was BEAUTIFUL. She turned our reception hall and outdoor wedding tent into a lush, colourful flower wonderland. We had a rustic barn onsite, and she draped the roof with poms and disco balls. She also used bright colours and dried flowers to brighten the indoors. Her husband Jay custom built us wooden pools for a Hindi haldi ceremony. Our wedding mandap was covered in beautiful roses, and it was magical to get married under. Each space felt distinct and memorable but all beautiful crafted. I could tell a lot of love and thought went into every part. Do not hesitate to book with Cullen Creations. You are in incredible hands. As a bride, I worried and hoped that my vendors would treat my special day which as much care as I was putting in. With Heather, I never had a doubt. Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). She followed our lead for more simple bud vase florals and designed greenery to sit at the bases of our chuppah that was stunning. Emily’s approach is relaxed, professional, and warm. She clearly is mindful of queer couples especially! When we needed extra hands, Emily made sure to tap in a team member and they delivered beautifully day of, without even a hiccup, despite not having been a part of any initial planning.
