Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! We were lucky enough to get DJ Loyal himself - who is the most genuinely kind and fun human being you could possibly work with. During our initial meeting with Loyal, he was very welcoming and warm, which made us feel super comfortable in expressing what we envisioned for our music. We were able to use their website to curate a list of songs that we liked for all the big events of the night- entrances, cake cutting, dinner music, first dances, anniversary dance, last dance, etc. We also gave him free reign to change it up whenever he saw fit. He listened to our ideas and our playlist, and he made the night far better than we could have ever even imagined. The dance floor was packed all night, everyone was singing at the top of their lungs, and I got a million compliments on how good the music was and how much fun everyone had. Loyal helped make that happen through his emcee-ing, which got everyone pumped up- on top of the best remixes and transitions. After the wedding, he sent my husband and I a bunch of videos that he took of everyone on the dance floor. It was so much fun to watch those back! Beyond the night itself, Loyal was always just a quick text away. The whole team was quick to respond to emails and questions.
