“MSR was by far our dream venue. Not only are the views and property absolutely stunning, but Scena and Susanne were incredible to work with. Wedding planning is hard and stressful, there’s always something you didn’t think of, but, believe me, Scena already has and has already worked it out for you. A God send Our family and us had so much fun staying here as well. We loved being able to stay for 4 days, wind down with our close family after the wedding, and relive the moments together. It truly makes the weekend more special when you don’t have to pack up and get out the very next day. I could go on and on about how wonderful our weekend was. I highly recommend MSR and working with Scena and Susanne. It’s worth the trust me!”

The Suisun Valley Inn is an intimate retreat at the historic 55-acre Monroe Ranch in the heart of Suisun Valley, just east of Napa. Accommodating sixteen guests in eight suites, the inn is the ideal location to stay while enjoying the area wineries, farms and attractions. If you are looking for a tucked away setting for a wedding party, a company retreat or just a getaway to a quaint setting, the Suisun Valley Inn is a unique choice. For the 2025 wedding season we will offer indoor weddings/receptions in our new 7500 sq ft barn.

“We recently had our wedding at Suisun Valley Inn, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. One of the biggest highlights was being able to use the venue for three full days, which gave us extra time to relax and connect with our bridal party and loved ones. That extended access truly made a difference in how special the weekend felt. However, there were a few challenges that did impact our plans. The event barn, which was a key part of our original vision, was unfortunately not finished in time for our wedding. While we understand this was out of the owner’s control, we were disappointed that we were not refunded the full 2,000 deposit, especially since the change affected nearly every aspect of our day. Additionally, when we arrived, we were surprised to find the vineyard had been plowed without any prior notice. This forced another last-minute adjustment to our setup so we wouldn’t be facing a dirt lot. It would have been really helpful to have been told about that in advance. Despite these hiccups, the venue itself has so much potential and charm, and we did have a lovely wedding. I just hope some of these experiences can help future couples plan better or spark a few improvements from the venue for the future.”

“We toured Scribner Bend last November as a wedding venue option and immediately fell in love with the venue!!! We were looking for a venue that was intimate yet romantic and this venue checked off all of our boxes. The romantic, garden-esque setting is absolutely stunning and was everything we dreamed of for our wedding. From start to finish, working with the Scribner Bend team was such a breeze and truly made wedding planning fun and stress free. When we first booked, Shaye was the wedding facilitator and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Later, we got to work with Hillary, their new wedding facilitator and she was just as amazing! So attentive, quick to answer questions and always accommodating of any last-minute requests. They really have such a well-oiled team and their amazing list of preferred vendors made the entire process seamless. We were married on a Friday which meant we had the wonderful bonus of hosting our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at Scribner the night before. It was such a fun, easy experience and set the tone for the big day. Paesanos, their in-house caterer was fantastic (separate review) and they provided us with delicious wood-fired pizzas and two salads for our rehearsal dinner. All of our guests were raving about how good it was!! On our wedding day, we had access to the Bungalow for getting ready and wow!! it is such a beautiful, charming space. My bridesmaids and I loved spending the morning there. It has two make up stations that had great natural lighting and is great for making tiktoks! The guys had the Airstream, which was really unique and fun, though on our 100-degree wedding day it was a bit stuffy since the AC couldn't quite keep up (which is understandable for an Airstream!). Still, it was a cool and memorable space for them to get ready in. I cannot rave about Scribner Bend enough. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is phenomenal and they truly helped create the most magical and smooth wedding day for us. I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a romantic, beautiful and well-supported place to say I do!!!!”

We are a small family venture that has been dedicated to serving youth & families within the Sacramento community for the past 18 years. With a heart to serve others, we took a leap on this farm and now we would love to share our space with you. With over 12,000 sqft of outdoor space, our event space boast multiple ceremony locations, 3 lawns, an 1800 sqft covered space, and Oliver, our family bull who loves being a special guest at your wedding. Our event space also has some of the most amazing sunsets for you to enjoy.

“Estate Farms is a very beautiful venue. You can do so much with it. I hosted my wedding here in October of 2025 and loved it! Eugene, the owner, is very communicative and was great to work with. Any time I had a question, he would text back right away. Really great guy. The only complaint I have is that the day of my wedding, all the bathrooms broke down and had to direct people to the farmhouse. We let the owner know, he was on the premises, but unfortunately, nothing was done. It was disappointing, but I am very happy with the overall experience. Would book again.”
