“My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm, and despite some unexpected rain, it was truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The mountains, the ponds, the charming farm (and adorable goats)—it was all picture perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous setting. And even when the weather threatened to dampen our plans, the incredible team at Seven Ponds Farm had a backup plan to save the day. They seamlessly flipped our ceremony and cocktail hour so we could still get those breathtaking mountain views during our ceremony. They even brought delicious snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour to our bridal suite so we wouldn't miss out on any of the fun. We opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well as the reception, and we were not disappointed. We got many compliments on the food, and especially the fish tacos, which we didn't try during the tasting dinner, so we were pleasantly surprised! All around, everything was delicious. We also stayed at the venue from Thursday to Sunday, which definitely made the whole experience feel even more special, as it truly did feel like home while we were there. Olivia and Edvard were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating, and truly helped us every step of the way. When the power went out in the main house while we were getting ready, they were right there to help us get it back on. Their calm demeanor and quick thinking really put us at ease. We can't recommend Seven Ponds Farm enough. It's a beautiful place with an exceptional team who will make sure every detail of your wedding day is well thought out. If you're looking for a venue that's both stunning and has incredible service, look no further!”

With a country house, flower farm and historic dairy barn it is the perfect backdrop to a outdoor wekeend long celebration. When visitors arrive at the property, it’s immediately apparent that this is an exceptional place. The property is ideally situated “off the beaten path" with magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains stretching endlessly to the south, enveloping guests with a feeling of true serenity. Our guests come to relax, celebrate and create memories that last a lifetime.

“We cannot speak more highly of the Inn at West Settlement. From the minute we stepped onto the West Settlement property, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Speaking with Kim just reinforced it - she was always responsive, no-nonsense, and helpful, and we quickly learned to trust her eye for flower design, decor, and how to set up the ceremony. Everyone who works on the property and at the events is the same:) We hosted 90 of our family and friends there for our wedding in June, and were able to host three beautiful events - a casual welcome BBQ, our ceremony and reception, and a goodbye brunch. The whole experience reinforced that we made the right decision in hosting our wedding with them. Everyone who attended raved about the location and that it was the most special wedding they've ever been to - we'd like to think we had something to do with it (!) but honestly most of it had to do with the gorgeous scenery, the laid back vibe, the local flowers and food, and the intimate and rustic barn where we held the reception.”

Hello! We're Natalie and Aldo, the couple behind Silas House Inn and Barn. Silas House is a historic dairy farm and house in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The home has lived many lives and in summer 2024, we reopened it as a boutique B&B. The Barn is 5,000 sqft of event space with the lower barn fully renovated and staged for your next event. The upper lofted barn will see further modernization in Spring 2024 and is the perfect reception and indoor ceremony space. Behind the barn is two acres of sprawling lawn including raised bed gardens and mountain views. We're so excited to share Silas with couples in 2025 and beyond!
