Saddle Woods Farm has officially reopened after a stunning transformation. Just outside Franklin, this 25-acre estate blends rustic charm with modern elegance, offering a peaceful and elevated setting for your wedding day. The fully renovated black barn features a bright white interior and state-of-the-art HVAC for year-round comfort. Just steps away, a brand-new covered pavilion creates a smooth indoor and outdoor flow for ceremonies, receptions, or cocktail hours. Across the property, you’ll find lush landscaping, paved driveways, and updated spaces. The new Bridal Cottage is a light, coastal-inspired retreat, while the Grooms Quarters features leather seating, a pool table, and a putting green. Full-service wedding planning is included with every rental. Our expert team is here to guide you through each step, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Magnolia Farm offers you the chance to create your dream wedding throughout our 40 acres of rolling hill farmland! We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Located just outside Franklin in College Grove, Battle Mountain Farm is 234 acres of breathtaking views and rolling hills. We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. The packages listed below have our One day (Hours are 10am to 11pm) and Two day packages (Day One - Hours are 10am to 8pm and Day Two - Hours are 10am to 11pm) prices included.

A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
