“DJ Ed was so accommodating in bringing our medieval fantasy cocktail hour to life. It perfectly set the mood I was looking for, and I was so happy that he was able to play our nontraditional music selections; thankfully he was able to use a Spotify playlist I had made just for cocktail hour. I received so many compliments on the music from my guests, and he kept them dancing for hours! But the one thing Ed did that I was most impressed with and touched by, was him picking the perfect next song when my husband was dancing with his daughter. Our photographer was able to get some beautiful photos of the moment, and we will be treasuring them for years. Without Ed's instincts and quick thinking, we wouldn't have those photos. “We booked MyDeeJay and were paired with DJ Jeff Furnas. Jeff was extremely responsive and professional throughout the planning process, and did a great job taking our preferences into account while also taking time to listen and care about the special moments - for example, playing a special song for my parents and making a nice announcement during the party. Jeff also helped keep us on schedule during the reception while still allowing us flexibility to enjoy the event. Jeff also coordinated effectively with the planners, event staff, and us leading up to the wedding day, as well as throughout the day and night. From a music perspective, Jeff was fantastic: he was flexible to take as little or as much direction as needed. For example, we chose specific songs for the ceremony and first dances which he cut for time and mixed to perfection. We gave a more general "vibe" for cocktail hour and he ran with building out a broader playlist for that, and he did a great job of keeping the dance floor rocking the entire night, while accepting our must plays, our "do-not plays" etc.”

“Holly was immediately responsive & answered all our questions in detail. She was incredible at our engagement shoot & had even looked up several nearby parks to choose from, & looked at great locations within the 1 we chose to shoot our engagement photos. I was able to change outfits & my fiance/now husband & I felt totally comfortable despite it being our 1st time having professional photography focused on us with her down to earth & direct communication style. Our photos turned out gorgeous & classic. She was amazing working with both of our crazy families and from the very beginning I knew that she’d do a great job capturing the special moments of our special day. She worked with everyone and did a great job explaining what everyone needed to do to get a perfect shot. She also was absolutely wonderful with our 2 year old son who would’ve climbed in the car and went home with her if he could. If I could do it all over again I would definitely always pick Grace to shoot our wedding! She was an amazing addition to the day and we are so thankful that we found her.”
