Sugar Lake Lodge is a 135 acre estate with a seven acre private lake surrounded by Lake County Metro Parks. It features a gorgeous 6,700 square foot lodge & event center with an 1,800 square ft. private suite fully equipped with kitchen, fire place, and elegant bathroom all with a slight rustic feel. There is also a steam room for guests to unwind and enjoy. In addition, there is a lakefront event center with dual inside and outside fireplaces, and accommodations. LaMalfa has been recognized as the premier event planner in Northeast Ohio for elegant events for over 58 years. We are a 75,000 square foot, full service facility, housing a 15,000 square foot grand lobby as well as a 1,000 square foot indoor chapel. We are also known for the diversity of our space as we are able to customize floor plans In addition we have been able to provide an 83 all suite, Mid- Level Hotel, The Wingate by Wyndham, including luxurious bridal suites. The onsite hotel accommodation allows for planning with ease for out of town guests. In follow up, LaMalfa’s is in fact the same event center and cater that continues to serve, and cook all our family recipes that you have grown to love for over the past 60 years.

The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland.
