I cannot recommend Pine Ridge Farm highly enough for your wedding or special event venue. From my first communication with Kristin, I felt cared for - her professional yet warm demeanor put me at ease. Throughout the entire planning process, Kristin and her team were extremely helpful and detail-oriented, answering my many questions promptly and thoroughly. This allowed me to relax on the big day, trusting the Pine Ridge staff to flawlessly handle every last detail. The venue itself is utterly gorgeous, providing a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. I was so excited when I found this venue and the experience did not disappoint. I definitely underestimated the time and stress involved in planning a wedding, but Peachtree Catering makes it so easy. You met our designated Peachtree coordinator at our menu tasting and that kicked off all the detail start work: food and drink options, color schemes, linens, etc. and they will work directly with your additional vendors (DJ, florist, etc.). Everything is really organized and easy, from digital look books, to table setting mock-ups, all of the little details were already thought of, we just needed to make selections based on our personal style. I can't emphasize enough how awesome the staff is - the day went perfectly, the food was fantastic, the table settings and service were perfect, I can't think of any detail that was overlooked! Our day of rockstars were Ashley and George who made sure we were fed, got to taste every appetizer, and I don't think there was an empty water or wine glass all night!

Highly recommend Terrain at Styers. We just had our wedding there and couldn’t be happier. Everything from our walk through, planning, and day of the wedding was effortless. The team goes above and beyond to make sure your day is exactly as you envisioned it (even when it’s raining!). We are so happy with Terrain and continue to get compliments from our loved ones who shared in our day. If you’re lucky you’ll get Carla as your coordinator! We also used all of their preferred vendors and couldn’t be happier with them as well. Highly recommend considering terrain as your venue!

Had our petite wedding here in late October 2024 and couldn’t have been happier. We booked a private tour with Tina before booking in October 23 and fell in love with the scenery and location immediately. This is the first and only venue that we toured because we were so in love with it. Tina was so helpful along the way and helped us feel organized and prepared, even when I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing! We were invited to two different open houses after booking to try the food and get ideas and all staff were so extremely friendly and accommodating. The signature cocktails are great and the food is the best wedding food I’ve had. We got TONS of compliments day of about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. We loved the petite option, ability to rent decor directly from Brown’s and the ability to leave some of the designing up to Tina, who did a great job and took some stress off our plates. Absolutely beautiful venue, definitely book a tour or go to an open house!

  • Provides lighting and sound
  • Flexible event spaces
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Limited cleanup and setup services
  • Requires outside catering services
  • Not wheelchair accessible
Choosing Appleford for our wedding was hands down one of the best choices we made in wedding planning. From the first tour Lisa made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. Their recommended vendors and partnered caters were great, and the open houses they held made selection smooth and gave us peace of mind knowing we were making informed decisions. One reason we loved Appleford was knowing they had a good rain plan - unfortunately, we did have to use this rain plan for some of our day so we were so incredibly grateful that the inside of the estate was stunning and ready for indoor use when the time came. The onsite coordinator was helpful in every respect and helped with everything including wardrobe malfunctions for the mother of the bride (helping to sew her dress when it was needed)! Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was which was obvious from the moment you step on the property. We cannot recommend Appleford enough and are so incredibly grateful that we chose them for our wedding day!

The Manor House At Prophecy Creek Park

3.0

Ambler, PA
  • Up to 280 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $15,900

The Manor House sits on an historical 80 acre property in the heart of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, located 25 minutes outside of Center City, Philadelphia. The Manor House is not your cookie-cutter wedding venue. With our unique grounds and a venue that exhibits the perfect combination of rustic charm and modern elegance, we offer the perfect setting to bring your dream wedding to life!

Wow, where do I even begin. Being also in the wedding industry, I knew it was not going to be easy being on the other side as a client. We toured only one other venue before the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. When we arrived in the parking lot, I turned to my now husband and said "this is it, this is the venue" before we even walked in. Kerry's presentation blew us away and the next day we signed the contract in January 2019 for April 17th, 2020. It is the perfect balance of elegance for people who envision that outdoor wedding in a manor house but have the rustic accent barn next door. Also the entire landscaping, ponds and my favorite, the white lamp posts are so unique. Comparing prices to other venues, we were VERY happy with what is included in this venue regarding food, the separate bride and groom suite, grounds, parking and more. The tasting was wonderful as well as the final meeting leading up to our April date. I had a specific vision and they really worked with me and listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Unfortunately as many other couples this year, we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID19. Let me tell you... some of my clients have been jumping through hurdles, paying thousands, in legal battles with their venue with rescheduling etc. That was completely the opposite experience for us with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. They were kind, understanding, gave us quickly the available date and made the process easy. Leading up to our newly rescheduled date, we had many talks with Catherine (who is AMAZING) regarding their COVID19 policies, steps we can encourage social distancing and cleaning. We ended up have 108 guests on 8/30/2020 and the best wedding day we could have despite rescheduling and replanning. Not only the beauty of this venue being outdoor/indoor and the STUNNING grounds, but our guests felt so comfortable with the tent sides being up and able to walk around the grounds. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a long wait at the bar. The venue was clean and even in the suites, we truly felt like we owned the house for that day. Myself and my photography team has worked at the Manor House as vendors since our wedding and are continuously happy with the respect we are treated with and the great experience they provide our couples. I could continue on and on. You will not regret choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day. We cannot thank the Fair family and their staff enough for all they have done to make our wedding day/ process easy, beautiful and safe. I look forward to continue working with them professionally as well!
