“First of all my Husband and I wanted our guests to be comfortable and enjoy good food and vibes and Rachel and Phyllis made that happen. They offered great food choices to which we went with food stations... my Aunt is still talking about the mac and cheese station. We tasted quite a few and you can not go wrong with any of them. My Husband is a trained chef and he was so excited about how good everything was. I mean, delicious. In honor of my Dad they also created a ice cream sandwhich station, letting me pick all the choices I wanted. I am so grateful. We got married at The California Botanical Garden in Claremont. We chose our ceremony at the California court yard and our reception at the Lewis family forest pavilion. It was perfect. Rachel and Phyllis let us walk the venue as often as needed/wanted. They worked beautifully with our vendors and our family and friends who were helping with some set up. The whole time Rachel helped me, even when she did not need to. All the way to the point that she held up the back of my dress as we were leaving so it did not get dirty. It ended up raining on my wedding night and the team got all of us covered and my guest were able to sit and be dry and enjoy all the food stations. Miracle workers. In planning they were excellent too, all the colors and different ideas of plates, napkins, etc. They helped me plan it out so well. On our special day, they made themselves readily available and took care of all of our food needs with care and precision. The chef and her staff came in, set up, and made some of the most memorable and delicious food we have ever had. Nisha's energy is something you would love to have at a wedding after everything is done - you can truly taste the love in the food. We were blown away by the quality of their work and the value they provided. We cannot recommend Loaded By Nisha enough for your wedding or event.”

Our aim is to take you back to the streets of Lagos with the Jolasjollof, and if you have never been to Lagos you can enjoy what the Nigerian party Jollof tastes like. It’s cooked with parboiled rice in a mixture of carefully selected peppers to give you that authentic taste of Nigerian Jollof. Looking forward to bringing our flavors to your next event!

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jola, she was so communicative, and made excellent recommendations and suggestions, which was so helpful to me as a first time bride who had never planned such a large event before. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation, and the care and attentiveness of chef Jola and her team. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Highly recommend!”

“Jazzy and Anjahles catered my wedding in December 2021. The process was smooth from the get go. I think we were their first wedding, but you would have never known. Jazzy was professional in communication and following up with our requests. We wanted the menu to be half vegan and half non-vegan and it delievered. Our guests couldn’t decide what their favorite items were. I still dream about the onion tarts and crab cakes!! They were an amazing part of our special day and I would recommend them to anyone. The food was so flavorful and was served timely. We love Anjahles!!!”
