The Barn at Reeves Farm is the perfect location for any wedding ceremony/reception. It’s location near St. George, SC makes it a convenient site for guests in the Charleston/Summerville area, just 4 miles from exit 77 of of I-95. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.

The Kersey House, located in historic downtown Summerville, South Carolina, is a beautifully renovated wedding venue that dates back to circa 1912. It is owned and operated by Nico Romo, one of only 66 French master chefs in the country and the only one residing in South Carolina. As you enter the venue, you will be welcomed by two spacious southern verandas, along with a tribute to the Kersey family. The four grand parlor rooms feature original heart pine floors, stunning fireplaces, and small tributes to each family member. The venue also boasts an expansive ballroom and a large courtyard adorned with azaleas and hydrangeas, creating an intimate urban oasis. Custom tenting options are available for versatile use of the outdoor spaces, regardless of the weather.

WedEscapes offers elegant micro wedding and elopement packages at private wedding/event venues for couples desiring to be married, but can not afford, or do not desire, an expensive or large wedding and reception. Our micro weddings accommodate no more than 23 guests. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood.
