About this venue

Our event barn is both classic and rustic surrounded by fields of crops throughout the year kissed by amazing sunsets and a pond that reflects the view back upon our covered pavilion. We have string lights for days and multiple wedding ceremony spots to fit your preference. Our barn is fully climate controlled and we have plenty of decor included with each of rental along with tables, chairs, and linens (added fee for linen use in hourly event rentals). We set up indoor space prior to your arrival and always keep your clean-up tasks to a minimum so you can enjoy your time with friends and family to the fullest. We have seating and tables for up to 200. Additional guests are allowed if a tent and additional seating is rented from a vendor for use in our large outdoor space.

Main Room

Classic yet rustic

3000 square feet open space with open rafter ceiling, large dimmable chandeliers, and plenty of string lights for just the right lighting at every event. Natural lighting from five sets of french doors, 6-foot windows, and a large glass roll up door. Fully climate controlled area with two connected spacious bathrooms and a kitchen prep area (microwave, ice machine, refrigerator/freezer, rolling bar). Tables and chairs included with every rental along.

We are about 40 min from Aiken, 1 hr from Augusta and Columbia, and 1 1/2 hrs from the Charleston area.
No, we have a vendor spreadsheet provided after a deposit is made. The spreadsheet is to offer assistance in your planning only. You may use vendors of your choice and we do not require an event coordinator.
We require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental balance with the remaining balance paid at least 30 days prior to the event.
We do not have a peak and off-peak season as far as pricing but we book March - May and Sept - Nov most quickly annually.
The 50% deposit to hold a date is non-refundable. Wedding packages must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding rental. At this time, the full payment becomes non-refundable.
Additional event insurance with liquor liability is required along with a licensed and insured bartender if any alcohol will be present during your event. "BYOB" does NOT mean that the additional insurance is not required or a bartender.
We are located approximately 1 hour from both the Augusta, GA - Bush Field and Columbia Metropolitan Airport and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Charleston International Airport.
We do not have an off-peak season.
Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender or bartending service. Additional event insurance with liquor liability is required for any alcohol onsite. The additional insurance ranges from $60-300 depending on time period and guest #s. We offer options for the event insurance but you are allowed to use the vendor of your choice.
Yes - plenty of parking available.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and egress hardware on all doors.
