    Beautiful Estate, Perfect for a Weekend Wedding

    Tower Hill Wedding Venue exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The team responds quickly to inquiries and genuinely listens to what each couple needs, making vendor coordination seamless. Their 24-acre property is stunning with sprawling oak trees draped in Spanish moss, a serene pond, and elegant preserved mansion that serve as the perfect backdrop for any celebration. Couples and their families are able to rent the entire grounds for the entire weekend for their welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and wedding portraits—plus the dedicated bridal suite provides an ideal retreat for getting ready and capturing intimate portraits or for the newly weds to have their own space between events. The well-maintained grounds feature magnolia flowers and azaleas throughout, full-size pool with covered sun deck, lodge, and two guest homes made it incredibly convenient for families. If you're looking for a venue that offers both natural beauty and practical amenities, and over night accommodations, Tower Hill is absolutely worth considering.

Yes, we have designated parking zones and a driveway leading up to the Mansion grounds.
Yes, however it is limited, only the ceremony area, Banquet Hall and Lodge are wheelchair accessible with some limitations. Due to the historical architect the other properties which offer overnight accommodations are inaccessible. We have had previous guests attend wedding ceremony and reception that did not stay overnight and they visited with ease. We are looking into the possibility of extending our accessibility access in the future.
Yes, you will need to obtain event insurance and list Berqvam Holdings, LLC dba Tower Hill Plantation 810 Tower Hill Plantation Dr. Pineville, SC as additional insured.

Our Estate is located between 49.2-57 miles from the Charleston International Airport depending on which road route you take. Listed below is the 57m route provided by Google Maps. Get on I-526 E 5 min (1.7 mi) Follow I-26 W to Volvo Car Dr in Berkeley County. Your length of usage depends on the package chosen. Whether it is a one day event (times vary) or enjoy an intimate weekend with your family and friends! (Friday 12p-Sun12p) We can provide these details per package
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including initial 50% deposit, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. There is an additional incidental deposit of $1,000 made at booking, this is in addition to the 50% of your proposal non-refundable deposit, the $1,000 incidental deposit will be returned following your event, provided no damage to the property has occurred or if the event is cancelled.
