A 50% deposit is due when you sign our contract. This deposit is forfeited if there is a cancellation. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the event. An $800 refundable security deposit will also be collected and cashed 30 days prior to the event. It will be returned if is no damages to property.

Yes. Initially we allowed outside catering, and it seem like a great benefit for Lovegrove Estate couples. The truth is after a year allowing any caterer walk through our door we realized that is not a workable business model if quality food and quality experience is important to our couples and guests.

Yes , but we require an licensed and insure bartender provided by our approved vendors .

There is a designated parking area as well as a passenger drop off and handicap parking. There is vendor parking in the back of the venue. Max capacity is 100 cars. We can accommodate more cars but rental of golf cart will be needed to shuttle guest if more than 100 cars.
