Gale and Joe handled all of the contracts, reaching out to different vendors and different options, day of “emergencies”, bustling my dress, handling our dog ring bearer, etc. Our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Joe and Gale.

In addition to her event planning background she holds a Master of Business and Project Management which shows through in everything she touches. I instantly connected with Garbriella’s level-headed and calm approach. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly orchestrated every aspect, from finalizing vendor contracts to creating a comprehensive timeline. Gabriella was very organized and proactive to ensure every element aligned with our vision. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Beckerman House of Planning for coordination and/or planning needs for future couples!

I honestly have no idea how I would have managed the wedding day without Natalie’s help. I absolutely loved working with her prior to the big day itself—her positive energy paired with incredible organizational skills made the process of organizing all the vendors and scheduling everything a breeze! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly prior and on the wedding day itself. From contacting all the vendors to helping me decorate the dining table at the venue the eve before the wedding—Natalie was truly there for me every step of the way! And I can’t say enough great things about her managing the day itself and ensuring that everyone was in time despite us getting married during an actual hurricane in NYC with flooded subways and insane traffic! I mean, even with everything going on we weren’t a second late for anything, and the day was super smooth all thanks to her! Whenever I forgot something (including rings for the ceremony lol) Natalie would magically produce everything right that instant—I really don’t know what I would do without her! When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we knew right away that we would need help since we were both working and parenting our autistic daughter, hiring Stephanie and her team at Voltaire Luxe & Co was the best decision that we’ve ever made. Stephanie had captured my vision about my dream wedding and made it come to life. Stephanie was so attentive to my wants and needs, she created a vision board that included everything I requested and even more. She had established a good working relationship with my travel agent, the hotel team and the vendors, everything was so well coordinated . Stephanie made everything sound and look effortless despite all the last minute changes that we made, she had managed to make everything work. Having a destination wedding with over 200 guest was no small task and during the end of the Covid pandemic, with the travels restrictions constantly changing, it was really a challenge. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond coordinating my wedding I barely lifted a finger, except for packing my wedding dress. She traveled with the seating chart, name tags, welcome bags, personalized dance floor, etc. overall my wedding was a big success, we were very pleased with the decor, the food, wedding cake and all the attention to the little details that I have requested. we were very satisfied on how well Stephanie handled everything.
