Hi, I am Makenna! I am from Dallas but will travel anywhere in the world to capture your love. I specialize in elopements, weddings, 35mm film, super 8 video, and vintage camcorder. My passion for baking began at a young age, fueled by a fascination with the artistry involved in making and designing cakes. I loved family gatherings where I listened to discussions about recipes and the best ingredients. In our family, food served as a unifying force, infused with love and passion. What began as a hobby, bloomed into a thriving business. Driven by my passion, I decided to pursue my culinary aspirations further and sought formal training, ultimately earning my professional qualifications. I have a strong passion for improving customers' experiences by crafting unforgettable cakes and edible creations!

I have been in the beauty industry for 11yrs now!! It all started when I competed in pageants and fell in love with the makeup artistry at MAC Cosmetics when I would get my makeup done! I knew it’s what I wanted to do so I applied at MAC and was hired with an amazing Team I called family for almost 6yrs! I relocated to Texas freelanced with MAC and put myself through cosmetology school graduating at Tony & Guy Hairdressing Academy!

Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. We had one friend that owns a wedding venue, she brought up becoming a vendor for her brides. Well after a little bit of pressuring from Lonnie, we attended her open house as a floral vendor and LOVED IT.
