Another family bought it, and the house remained a private residence until 2021, when it was sold and converted into a vacation rental. This property boasts 5 acres with 200' of water on each side. The dockside faces the Lagoon and the back of the house, while the gulf side has 200' of pristine sand and uninterrupted views of the beach.
