We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that creates the ideal backdrop for your memorable occasion. One of our key features are our courtyard spaces with our fountains and cafe lights. You can exchange your vows or dance under the open sky, surrounded by nature's beauty. Our venue is a picturesque backdrop for intimate ceremonies or receptions. To complete the prefect day, we offer our two indoor spaces, the Glass Hall & Oak Room. Both offer the allure of their versatility and a flow that invites your guests to truly enjoy themselves and their evening with you. If you're a 2024 couple, be sure to book ASAP! Dates in 2024 are nearly gone, and 2025 is booking as we speak.

Nestled amongst the trees, the lawn includes a ivy wall with a beautiful custom cross.

The Lawn provides easy access to the pond, outdoor courtyard, Glass Hall, and Oak Room. It's a lovely, uniquely elegant setting and built-in backdrops for your wedding and photographs.

Dream venue! I am a wedding videographer and have seen so many venues. When it was time for me to choose a venue for my wedding, I thought I had seen them all and it was really difficult until I discovered this gem!! This venue is beautiful all on its own and it can be catered to fit any wedding style! Cynthia and her team made me feel so loved and taken care of! My shoe broke at my rehearsal dinner and Cynthia actually let me wear a pair of her own shoes! This place and the people made my whole day better than I could have imagined! THANK YOU!

The Orchards Event Venue was the perfect location for our wedding in December 2022! Cynthia and her team helped every step of the way to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. This venue is extremely gorgeous and took our breath away the first time we saw it in person, and there are many options for ceremony and reception locations. The weather on our wedding day was cold and rainy, and even in those conditions the venue sparkled with beauty. Do yourself a favor and book this once-in-a-lifetime venue!

My husband and I had our wedding at The Orchards the first weekend of March. Every inch of the venue is breathtakingly beautiful and every detail is thought of, down to air fresheners in every room. Cynthia, Alexander and Greg were so wonderful to work with and communicate extremely well. Our ceremony and reception was beautifully handcrafted to match our vision. They made us feel special from our first visit touring the venue until the minute we left after our reception ended. I wish we could do it all over again just to come back to The Orchards.

This venue was amazing and the perfect place to have our wedding! Cynthia and her workers were amazing and helped with everything throughout the entire process of planning the wedding. When we went back to the venue 30 days prior to our wedding to finalize the layout for everything we met Alex who was amazing as well. He had a layout that he provided everyone there which was a great visual representation of how we wanted everything set up from the chairs for the ceremony to the tables in the glass hall. After leaving the venue, Alex immediately emailed us an updated power point showing how the entire venue would be set up the day of our wedding. I can not say enough good things about this venue. Cynthia and her crew helped alleviate all the stress so that on the day of our wedding my wife and I were able to relax and get ready for our big day. I highly recommend this venue for any event that you are planning!

The venue sits on a 72+ acre private estate with a pond and pecan orchards in Molino, Florida. We also have indoor and outdoor venues and encourage you to check out our various venue options. We can host all type of theme weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, and much more.

First, call us to make sure your date is available. And schedule a tour. Then, download a reservation form found on our site. Please print, fill it out, and mail along with $1500.00 for the package you choose (Gold, Silver or Bronze). We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. (credit cards incur a 2.9% service charge).

We ask that all tours be scheduled through our website.

Yes, you may schedule a one-hour time period for your rehearsal prior to your wedding

We love to be able to provide our couples exclusive access to the Venue on their wedding day.

Yes, we require a $1,500.00 “Save the Date” deposit to book your date. This is nonrefundable should you cancel your date with the venue. We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. (Credit cards incur a 2.9% service charge, however.)

The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your event date. (This is for wedding packages only.) Special event remaining package balances are due 30 days before the event.

Sparklers must be used. We will provide you with which sand buckets to dispose of the sparklers in. No confetti, rice, birdseed, or water-soluble products may be tossed.

Nothing may be attached to any surface using nails, staples, tape, glue, or any other means. Candles are allowed, as long as the flame is in an enclosed container. Confetti and glitter are not allowed to be used anywhere on the property.

Yes, we do require our couples to purchase event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Event insurance protects you from liability during your event that is a result of bodily injury, personal injury or property damage and cancelation insurance. You may speak with your insurance agent.

We do require that they are properly licensed and insured so we ask that you make us aware of anyone you plan to use anyone that is not on our approved list.

We understand that pets are part of the family and we welcome them here, if they are part of the ceremony.
