Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. We currently host a wide range of free public events, recreational and educational experiences. We restored our 1770’s Ironmaster’s mansion that serves as a heritage/community center and also a venue for private and public celebrations. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

Sitting atop twenty-three acres of picturesque Chester County countryside, the exquisite Main Line estate known as Hilltop House includes grand formal gardens, fountains, apple orchards, and sloping meadows. Built in 1894, this unique and elegant mansion in Devon, Pennsylvania, was home to several prominent Main Line families until it was renovated for public use in 2005. Generous rooms with multiple entryways provide easy traffic flow throughout the spacious wood-paneled interiors, verandas, and terraces. The venue can accommodate up to 135 guests and has ample convenient parking, just steps from the front entryway.

Bolingbroke Mansion was built fifty years before the American Declaration of Independence and is just fifteen miles from where that historic event took place. You'll find a beautiful staircase in their gardens that provides a stunning backdrop for photos. The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade.
