The Felt Factory by Romano's has transformed our 1848 building in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia to an Industrial & Chic Event Venue with three distinctly different spaces. The Manor Ballroom, the Mill Ballroom and our smaller Capri Room. Total Venue space of 45000 square feet. The Felt Factory was carved from the walls and halls of the old Philadelphia Felt Mill, where the sounds of machinery kept the local neighborhood busy by day, and lulled them to sleep at night.
