"I spent two decades in the Vermont dirt as a landscaper before I ever picked up a wedding clipboard. That matters because I know how to build a vision from the ground up—not just the color palettes, but the high-stakes logistics that make a day legendary.

“Tiffany is truly incredible. As a wedding photographer, she is hands down the best wedding planner I've ever worked with. She's not a clipboard in hand, dainty planner who is only aesthetic focused, she is a hands in the dirt, get things done, make sure your having the best experience possible while your wedding also looks incredible kind of planner. Every time I work with Tiffany I know my day is going to be running as smooth as possible, and that she will be putting out any fires before her clients even know they exist. There's no one else like her--this is your sign to BOOK HER!!”

“Working with True Vermont Beauty was wonderful from start to finish. Liesel was communicative and professional in her response to my initial inquiry, and the survey/questionnaire that was sent to me helped me and my bridesmaids start thinking about what we wanted style-wise. Andrea and Karla did both my bridal trial and were our day of artists – and they were both truly wonderful. For the trial – I was offered a variety of options and I really felt like the look I ended up with was something that was truly me and that would last all day (I'm an easy crier). The team also provided great logistics info like start times and when to be ready so that we had a realistic timeline to get everything done for a first look at 2PM. They also worked really well with my florist – who was providing a floral hairpiece, and worked the floral arrival time into the timeline. Day of – Andrea and Karla were wonderful. They moved through 7 hair services and 5 makeup services, they even ran early, and everyone looked so beautiful! They were also super fun, and we had a great time chatting throughout the morning. The mood was great to say the least. My hair stayed in place until the end of the night when I took it out around midnight, and the same thing with my makeup. Everything stayed exactly as it was, no movement, no running, no smearing – which was just incredible because not only did I walk around in some light rain but it was also quite warm AND I cried several times. So – absolute kudos to this team, I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“Bridget and Thomas at Farmhouse Flowers were absolutely amazing to work with as the venue, florist, bartenders, and day-of coordinators for our wedding in October 2025. We live in Chicago and planned our wedding from afar, so it was incredible to work with a team that made everything so simple for us. They worked with our other vendors, gave great suggestions for how to structure everything, and really made the whole weekend amazing. Bridget's vision on the florals was incredible; we wanted a colorful wedding, and the flowers really tied everything together. The venue was perfect: it delivered the intimate, Vermont feel we wanted (including a cow named Happy that just so happened to be staying at the farm that weekend) but was also easy to get to and eased any fears about making last-minute changes due to inclement weather. AND Bridget and Thomas cleaned up after the party which made such a difference in our ability to enjoy ourselves. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend.”

“Corinne photographed our September 2024 wedding and we are so incredibly happy we chose her!!! From the beginning, working with her felt so personal. She took the time to get to know us, our vision, and our story. She was incredibly helpful in crafting a timeline for the wedding day, and we were able to pull off a very ambitious/adventurous first look, and still get all the other pictures we wanted! She figured out so many little details for us, and was so thoughtful in the sentimental shots and items she included. She is an excellent guide with posing, a great person to have by your side to fix jewelry, hair, or your veil (about 15 times in my case), all while staying calm, cool and collected. She found opportunities to grab photos I'd have never thought of, and is more than happy to find beautiful ways to make your ideas happen!! She did so much work behind the scenes making sure every detail was recorded, which meant so much to us. All the decorations around the reception, the ceremony site, and more are beautifully photographed so we can go back and remember them. Also, she gave us a great mix of posed, formal photos, and candid, in the moment photos. Our gallery feels so authentic and she really captured the feel and the joy of the day!!! I absolutely loved having an engagement session included in the packaged. She was down for an adventure, and we got to get photos in a place that was very special to us! It also gave us a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, and develop a relationship with her, so when the wedding day came along, we weren't worried about meeting someone new or figuring out posing on our own.”

“(9/27/25; 130 people) It is hard to sum up how special of a place the Tillerman is. We feel so lucky that we were able to have our wedding there and have endless gratitude for the Tillerman team for giving us the best weekend of our lives. From our first conversation with Kenzie, we immediately felt that this is not your normal wedding venue. Jason, Kate, Kenzie, Merel, and the entire Tillerman team have created an environment and experience that magically combines unique intentionality with flawless execution. As a couple planning from CA, we felt deeply cared for and we always knew we were in the best hands. We were already in love with the Tillerman and their wedding process even before we stepped foot on property. The easiest and best part of the entire planning process was every touchpoint with the Tillerman team. Menu & beverage planning was a joy and the genuine care for sourcing locally, bringing a unique farm to table experience to guests, and letting couples be creative in crafting their event. Merel & Kenzie even made custom menu art and the most incredible printed materials for us. Jason sourced such a fantastic list of beverages for us and we had the kindest, best bartenders. It is a unique combo to be able to give guests incredible food & bev and an incredible, seamless guest experience and the Tillerman cares deeply about both; you can tell it is so woven into their ethos. If I could have Kenzie plan & execute every event in my life I would be thrilled. And truly...I cannot tell you how many people came up to us to say that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. It is incredible what Chef Taylor & the whole team does. In addition to a stunning ceremony location where you can hear the river, to the perfect party barn, to the best accommodations that allowed our families to be together the whole weekend, every nook and cranny at the Tillerman is special. Our guests loved exploring the Cozy and sitting by firepit and I felt like I would blink and the Tillerman had transformed the space and thought of something unique for the guest experience. Every photo is stunning because of the natural beauty of the Tillerman. We also were able to have an incredible family kick off dinner at the restaurant and we all couldn't get enough of the property. We feel so beyond lucky to have found the Tillerman and it will forever be a special place to us. If you are looking for a venue that cares deeply about you as a couple, is the antithesis of a cookie cutter wedding venue, is kind and professional, and goes above & beyond in every aspect, then look no further. We are so grateful for the amount of love and care that was put in by every single person at the Tillerman. We can't wait to be back!”

“Sugarbush is a beautiful venue with mountain views and space to accommodate all your wedding events. We kicked off the weekend with a golf outing at Sugarbush Resort Golf Club followed by our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at Castlerock Pub. Our ceremony was at the bottom of the mountain, but we were able to do our first look and couple photos at the top. Emma and the entire Sugarbush team was amazing! From the attention to detail our wedding coordinator helped with to the timeline and overall service, we were extremely impressed with the weekend. It was so special having all our family and friends stay at Clay Brook Hotel, which made all the wedding events easy for guests to get to. “When I asked my photographer if there was anything I should know about working with Mountain Top Resort, she said, “Oh, you’ve struck gold with them.” At the time, I thought it was just vendors being kind to one another. Now, I know that we really did strike gold. From start to finish, Mountain Top Resort wanted to accommodate us. Before touring, I asked if their catering team would be open to an all-vegetarian wedding. They confirmed that it wouldn’t be a problem and even welcomed us to add additional meal options to their list so that we could incorporate our favorite meals into our day. The team was excited to take on a new task to help make the event feel like us. Leading up to the big day, email correspondence was quick and helpful. We asked a ton of questions, and we were never made to feel like a burden. In the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding, our coordinator Zoey let us know that our day-of coordinator would be Elizabeth. We were both a little nervous to switch from one coordinator to another, but it’s clear the team is just that: a team. Elizabeth picked up all the details and connected with us to make sure she had our vision clear in her mind. Right from the start of the ceremony rehearsal, it was clear she’d studied our choices! She cared about the details, and made sure our day was full of fun, joy, and support. When we forgot to bring our printed thank-you speech to reception, she said, “No problem, email it to me and I’ll print it right now.” When we weren’t able to finish our dinners, she packaged them up and sent them along to the house we were staying at. Elizabeth supported us without ever being overbearing. We both knew that the whole day was handled without us needing to worry about a thing, so we could focus on each other and our guests. We are so grateful we got to have you coordinate our wedding! Thank you, Elizabeth! Photo credits: Idena Beach (@idenabeachphotography) & Gabby Coughenour (@winding.roads.photography)”

Mr. Moose has a lot of friends and we'd love to play for your next event! Listeners can expect to be indulged in works from the blues, swing, and bebop eras of jazz as well as unique jazz-funk–fusion-infused tunes from chart-toppers, wedding-bangers, and basement-parties across the decades; all performed with inspiration and wisdom learned from studying the great tenor saxophone players like John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, Coleman Hawkins, and Stan Getz, to name a few.

“Moose was a really fun band to have at our party! We were looking for something kind of jazzy and kind of funky to provide some atmosphere, and these guys really fit the bill. We requested a couple of songs in advance, and their versions of those songs were really good. The guys in the band were kind, and easy to communicate with from the first email to the very end of the night. Highly recommend!”

“We got married at Stickney Farms last weekend, and we really can't explain how wonderful it was. We had all our friends and family stay on the property with us, we used the field for giant games of kickball, volleyball, badminton, and capture the flag. We swam in the waterfalls on the property, walked the trails, and took in the beautiful valley views all day every day. The dancehall was everything you could hope for as a dinner venue - historic, elegant, and magical. The owners are incredibly kind, responsive, and wonderful people. Being able to use the property and do our own food and flowers and everything else let us have exactly the wedding we hoped to have. Every single one of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I feel like I'm giving away a hidden gem, but we already got married there so now it's ok if this place is booked every weekend!!!!”

Hey there! I’m Rachel, founder and principal planner at RVE, and I’m not your average wedding planner. I launched my planning company in 2022 from the mountains of Vermont, after years in the wedding industry learning, growing, and honing my craft. Around here, we do things a little differently. I believe wedding planning should feel like a celebration, not a stress test—and that’s where my signature style of laid-back luxury comes in!

Awarded Best of Zola
“TLDR: Hire Rachel, she is excellent at her job and will make all your event dreams come true! Throughout the year leading up to my wedding, the question I got the most was “is the wedding planning stressful?” And my reply, every single time, was “no, because I have the most amazing wedding planner.” I cannot recommend Rachel Vitagliano Events enough. She planned our wedding, which was a double feature including a picnic ceremony at the lake in the morning followed by an 80s Prom reception in the evening. Two very different vibes, a lot to coordinate, plan, and decorate, and Rachel and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. We had meetings every couple months throughout the year, and Rachel always had an answer to every question, never missing a beat. She has an online portal that made organization easy and pleasant. She has amazing ideas and vision. Any time I got overwhelmed, she was immediately able to ease my concerns and I felt so much better after every time we spoke. For the Prom reception, that took place at the City Hall, the only thing we gave her was a color scheme and a Pinterest board. From that she created a mesmerizing portal through time that made every single guests’ jaws drop. People could not stop talking about how amazing it looked. For reference, see the pictures below – the sparkling, dreamlike Prom compared to how it looked the NEXT DAY, set up for a local vote. These photos are also a testament to how fast and thorough her team’s clean up was! The fire alarm even went off in the middle of the reception, and I had no idea that Rachel spent almost an hour trouble shooting and dealing with the fire department (there was no fire). I didn’t even know this was going on—she goes above and beyond to deal with the stress so that her clients have the perfect time. Rachel brought all of our dreams to life and somehow made them even better than we imagined. She is so incredibly good at every aspect of her job. My wedding was perfect and an absolute dream, in large part because of Rachel. Hiring her will be the best decision you could make for your event planning!!”

Bridal hair and makeup is a specialized skill - it needs to withstand many hours of happy tears, hugs, dancing, and, of course, dinner and drinks. With over a decade of experience in bridal beauty, Amanda has perfected how to create timeless looks that photograph beautifully and look incredible in person. Her passion for hair and makeup dates back to childhood Barbie spa days. After becoming a licensed cosmetologist everything began to come together when she began to do bridal work. Her love for hair and makeup connected seamlessly and she now focuses her energy in the beauty realm solely on bridal beauty.

“VBB was truly EVERYTHING I could have hoped for and more. They are artists in every sense of the word. From start to finish of working with Amanda and Hilary every single person felt confident, calm, and taken care of - not to mention BEAUTIFUL! They 100% accomplished the look and feel I was going for: elevated yet natural and, most importantly, like myself. Not only was their hair and make up absolute perfection for every single person, but their energy in the room that morning was so relaxed and easy to be around. They were also such great sports with any feedback / touch-ups / adjustments that came up at the trial throughout the wedding day. Could not recommend them more!!! THANK YOU Amanda and Hilary!!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Wild Fern! Cassie and Chelsea bring decades of wedding planning experience and it shows! Everything they do is filled with intention - from the fact that they only take on two weddings a month, to how they divide tasks on wedding day, to the cadence of check-ins during the planning process. I hired Wild Fern to help me with the last three months of planning through our wedding weekend, and Cassie was there to support not only with logistics and vendor meetings, but also with the stress of it all. She anticipated my needs and questions before I could even ask them. I truly don't know if I could have kept my head while crossing the finish line if it weren't for Cassie. Everyone kept commenting how calm I was as a bride on our wedding day, and it was truly because I trusted Cassie and Chelsea and knew they would execute my vision to a T. If you're looking for a high-touch, well-organized planning team with strong vendor relationships, look no further than Wild Fern. As a bonus, they also have a sister business, Wild Fern Rentals, and offer some really stunning statement rentals that will transform your space. I've said to multiple people that hiring them was the best wedding-related purchase I made, and not only did we have a beautiful wedding weekend, but we gained Cassie as a friend for life.”

Garren Poirier is the name and I CAN'T say I've been into photography since my dad gave me a camera back in 1982. I started getting interested in photography in 2004 after I bought my first camera for a trip across the pacific to Indonesia. From that point I was obsessed with taking pictures. I immersed myself in learning about photography through books, the internet and trial and error. My true passion in the beginning was landscape which I believed helped me with other aspects of photography, I love finding new ways to look at the world.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Aside from my bride-to-be, Garren was the person I was most excited to see on our wedding day. He blew us away at every step of the process. The photos are creative and absolutely stunning, and the previews came in so quickly that I'm somewhat convinced that Garren doesn't sleep. He was the vendor that made us feel most at ease, and at this point we're trying to come up with other life events that we can book him for. You could not be in better hands.”
