The team was professional and attentive without being overbearing, and they handled everything so we could actually enjoy the event instead of worrying about details. Overall, Maison D delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Solid service, great food, and a smooth experience. Would definitely use them again.”

“Lisa let us come to do a tasting in advance which gave us confidence in our choice. Red's Kitchen was not only more cost competitive than other options, but the quality, taste, and aesthetics of the ingredients and dishes was incredible and they were willing to come out to Mt. Rainier as part of the process to cater to our wedding. They came early on wedding day and set up and were pleasant to talk to and a welcome part of the party! Would recommend to anyone.”

They were willing to blend their menu with our specific vision to create exactly what we wanted down to the fine details. The tasting was a lot of fun. Victoria was extremely communicative and helpful from day 1 through the day of the wedding. On the day of, the staff showed up well ahead of time and well prepared to do their jobs. They worked through unexpected rain and (in my opinion) a challengingly large outdoor venue to create something special for us.
