Hi I'm Jessie Your small-town, adventure enthusiast! I'm so glad you're here! What started as a fun way to connect with people while spending time outdoors has now become my obsession + full-time career. I've had the change to photograph weddings and elopements all across Utah, from the desert landscapes of Lake Powell to the mountain ranges of Park City.

Jessie is amazing. I’m so so glad I found her for our wedding and our adventure session. She’s fun and outgoing and not afraid to do some sketch things to get the shots we wanted! She’s the sweetest soul and so fun to just be around. She made my always anxious-hates taking photos-husband enjoy our sessions and was relaxed! Our photos are a DREAM, she’s so very talented and unique. And we haven’t gotten our full gallery back yet being the wedding was a week ago, but my friends and family are all telling me to call magazines cause the images are THAT GOOD. 1000/10! ️

Chelsea was an absolute lifesaver. I was having issues finding a bakery that would service a Sunday wedding in Southern Utah. I found Yummy Tummy Bakery a little over a month out from our big day (I highly suggest against that)! Not only was she available, but every treat was absolutely delicious and our cake was absolutely perfect! The bakery also had my husband’s favorite flavor, German Chocolate Cake and mine, which is Cinnamon Roll, and we were able to have our favorites in our wedding cake. Because of the distance between where we live and our venue, we didn’t have a chance to taste prior. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Thank you, thank you Yummy Tummy Sweets Bakery!

Fox Weddings and Events

4.0

  • DJ
  • Starts at $900
  • Serves Parowan, UT

The Fox Theatre is currently offering DJ services. Glenn is a charismatic, and passionate DJ that will help bring all the elements of your big day together. Not sure what you want? His years of experience will help you weigh pros and cons and make informed decisions. We also have tables and chairs available for rent. Call today for a free consultation (435-233-6046). If you are looking for a venue, we have had some success connecting couples with beautiful vacation rental destinations that allow events. There are pros and cons to this option, so check with Glenn to see if this option is good for you.

I will start with Glenn is a great person and was very easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and responded to messages quickly. There is a list that you are given by the DJ for all the important moments for songs to play, that was great and done correctly. The reason we gave lower stars were for the following reason; the playlists we sent were not used. We gave playlists for every duration of the wedding for music we wanted played during the pre ceremony music, dinner and reception/dancing. Out of the playlist songs only a handful were actually played for each section and for the pre ceremony not at all. Even after having been brought to their attention at the dinner during the reception, dancing went the same random unwanted music was being played. People were unable to dance to the music that was playing and it was frustrating when the DJ announced come request music and then the songs people were requesting (which were on the playlists) weren’t getting played anyways. We would hope that moving forward he plays the music people actually want to hear and dance to at their wedding because this is a memory the couple will always remember and it is something that we still hear about from guests even to this day about how the music was lacking.

These are better than I could have ever imagined!!! We all got teary-eyed last night watching the video and looking through all the amazing photos. And Kaitlyn commented again how great the whole team was to work with and how warm but professional you were. You managed to get beautiful photos and video from a family who is used to awkwardness and scrunchy-faced smiles. You captured real personalities, humor, tenderness, and joy in these moments. I've been shooting weddings for almost 10 years. I often work with adventurous couples who look beyond what most of the wedding industry is selling and wanna start their own traditions. I've worked in huge east-coast ballrooms, on Mexican beaches, and at the edges of Moab cliffs. And I'll happily travel to wherever you're doing your own damn thing on your wedding day. I focus on capturing your favorite people in the world and giving you images that pull you right back into the feeling of the day. My style is natural, candid, and joyful, with some sassy editorial portraits and a whole lotta crazy dance floor shots.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were looking for a wedding photographer who would be able to capture the most special moments of our day and who would create wedding photos that were also art, and WOW did Cory deliver! He was so helpful both leading up to our wedding day and on the day itself - we gave him a tight timeline the day of and he handled it so professionally and still made every moment so fun and stress free. He was honestly such a fun guest to have at the wedding, everyone was talking about how much they loved our photographer! And the photos were just perfect. They captured the love and the fun of the day so beautifully. The photos were unique compared to other photographers but also timeless - we had an incredibly difficult time picking our favorites! We truly could not recommend Cory highly enough!

Grace was a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning process. She was timely in her responses and upfront with pricing. On the day of the wedding, it felt like we were herding cats, but she remained professional and efficient. Even though we were running behind schedule with getting dressed, she managed to squeeze in a few dress shots and some first look photos. Grace remained patient even as some of our friends and family showed up late for photos! As we moved between locations, she made sure I was holding my dress in a way so that I wouldn’t fall on my face. She also helped my MOH bustle my dress after the ceremony (again, so I wouldn’t fall on my face). Grace was always cognizant of the lighting on location, and how it would affect photos. Her assistant, Joey, was lovely and accommodating as well. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.

Thyme & Details, under the exceptional leadership of Dana Watts, played an instrumental role in orchestrating our special day. From the moment we embarked on the planning journey, Dana's warm and delightful personality instantly put us at ease. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail transformed what could have been a daunting process into a manageable and relatively stress-free affair. What truly sets Dana apart is her unparalleled expertise and extensive network of vendor connections. With her guidance, we navigated through countless decisions with confidence, knowing that Dana's recommendations would always lead us to the best possible outcomes. From selecting the perfect venue to curating a dream team of vendors, Dana's wealth of experience and industry knowledge proved invaluable at every turn. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Thyme & Details was Dana's ability to keep us organized and on track throughout the planning process. With her meticulous planning and proactive approach, she ensured that by the week of the wedding, we had zero decisions or tasks left to complete. This allowed us to approach our special day with a sense of calm and relaxation, knowing that every detail had been meticulously taken care of. This was truly priceless. On the day of the wedding, Dana and her team executed flawlessly, leaving no detail overlooked. From managing unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency to ensuring that both sets of parents could fully immerse themselves in the celebration free from tasks or responsibilities. Both our Mom’s had planned our siblings weddings and what a gift for them to be able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy the wedding. I have countless fond memories of Dana and her team going above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. From tackling last-minute emergencies with poise and professionalism to seamlessly coordinating every aspect of the event, Dana's commitment to excellence was apparent in every interaction. I cannot recommend Thyme & Details, and Dana, highly enough. With her unmatched expertise, unwavering professionalism, and genuine care for her clients, she truly exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're searching for a wedding planning partner who will turn your vision into reality or create one for you, look no further than Dana and Thyme & Details. You won't be disappointed.

Erin was so nice to work with. She also made it easy on my wedding day. The makeup lasted through the heat, sweat, and rain and still looked good when I took it off before bed. Great quality, great work, and great fun

I was blown away by the talent of the musicians, they really take their craft seriously. I requested a Roaring Twenties theme from Louis Pettinelli and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.
