The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. At over 10,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a rustic and expansive location in which to host small receptions or grand affairs. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. The surrounding mountains add a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The barn interior will host your cocktail hour and reception. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. You can also enjoy craft cocktails, local beer, and vintage wines from the two full-service bars that the venue includes. “Choosing the Barn on the Pemi was the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding! From the very beginning they made the process so easy! As soon as we toured we fell in love! The atmosphere is perfect and the greenhouse gives the option for an outdoor wedding regardless of the weather! We knew that we wanted a Halloween wedding, but end of October is always a toss up with weather! We lucked out and got a 70 degree day and ended up switching to the terrace! The views were breathtaking! Our coordinator Krysta was incredible! She was always there to help out with any problems or questions leading up to our wedding! She went above and beyond the day of and truly made our day so special!! By the end she didn’t feel like a coordinator, she felt like a friend! The food was incredible! All our guests have reached out to rave about the food! Overall the barn was just incredible in every aspect and gave us the wedding of our dreams!”

Nestled in the Lakes & Mountains Region of NH, Come Celebrate in the Wild with No Boundaries. We are so excited to share Wolfsburg Farm with others looking for a place to host an experience, rather than an event. We want couples to have a full wedding weekend- with their most adventurous friends. On a piece of 120+ acres of land. In the middle of NH. With nothing but fresh lake + mountain air to breathe. The venue includes a barn with seating for up to 100 guests, a large flat field for tented receptions up to 300 guests, ceremony spaces, two permanent restrooms with showers, day-of coordination and a camping field, and 3 full days of access.

“We had our wedding at Wolfsburg farm this summer and it was spectacular! The outdoor ceremony location was breathtaking and the barn for the reception had that perfect rustic charm. The venue has PLENTY of space which makes for an amazing cocktail hour / hangout section. They set up a lounge space with rugs and chairs for our guests to hangout in and it was a big hit. The view from the field is GORGEOUS especially at sunset. We opted for the weekend package so our guests could camp overnight and hanging out with friends by the fire as the night winded down was something we will always cherish. Ashleigh and Andrew made the whole day so special and easy. Ashleigh helped with planning needs and coordinated everything so we didn’t have to focus on anything except enjoying our day. I can’t recommend this venue enough. You will have an amazing day you will never forget here.”

“We had our first experience with Wandby Landing last weekend and our impression was such we felt a review was warranted. Having played over 600 weddings as a band over the last couple decades, every once in a while you get to work with a vendor who just gets it. They understand the importance of the entire day, from morning preparations to the late night after-party. It's almost impossible to maintain a timeline to the minute, but this was about as close as we've seen. Communication with the staff helped ensure guests were in their seats ready for the First Dance and toasts right on schedule, and from an entertainers perspective, this is EXACTLY what we want to see! This ensures that not only do guests get to enjoy one of the best wedding meals they'll ever experience, but they'll do so at a comfortable pace that leaves time for both an incredible meal AND a night full of dancing, and not just one or the other. We can't wait to be back!”
