The Waters is a stately waterfront mansion and wedding venue located in Oshkosh, WI. Lake Winnebago fringes the freshly manicured lawns of this fine destination. It was originally built in 1903 and operated as a yacht club. The Waters' goal is to ensure the highest quality experience that results in unforgettable nuptial memories being made. To-be-weds are guaranteed complete privacy at The Waters as the site adheres to a strict one-event-per-day policy. The Evergreen Room, our banquet facility, is nestled in a beautifully landscaped hillside. The room can hold up to 250 guest for a plated reception or 220 for a buffet reception. Attached to the room is The Pub Bar. This large bar is penninsula shaped and served from 3 sides. This space can also serve as the perfect back drop for an on-site ceremony. The Evergreen Room offeres an adjoining Bridal Suite.
