“The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow was a perfect venue for us! We knew we wanted something a little bit unique as a venue, and this was it! We were able to have our ceremony on the boardwalk and then guests were able to move around on the boardwalk and the beach throughout the night. We also loved that we were able to have our band and dancing in one room with dinner in the other. There is a lot of space to utilize however you want, so we used the outside areas for our guestbook signing, a photobooth, and a glassware engraver. We also got super lucky with a sunset too! They were very accommodating with any requests that we had prior to the day, and made sure that we were taken care of throughout our day. Everytime myself or my husband turned around someone from the Pavilion was making sure we were fed, had a drink or needed anything! Tarek, Henry and Anthony were extremely attentive throughout the night. Our guests were raving about the cocktail hour, dinner, dessert and midnight snacks. We also added the hotdog cart for an exit station and ended up adding passed desserts which we loved! Just a note that this venue is being taken over by a new company so I’m not sure what changes are being made!”

Tracey was the absolute best bridal attendant we could have asked for. She was there for anything and everything we needed and constantly checked in on both the bridal party and the groomsmen since everyone was getting ready in the suites. Everyone loved her, and she made the entire day feel so relaxed and stress-free. The updated bridal and groom suites are absolutely stunning. My sister-in-law even had her 2-month-old baby with her, and there was more than enough room to create a quiet little corner for them without feeling crowded. It worked out perfectly, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready comfortably. Stonebridge gave us the wedding of our dreams. “We had the most amazing wedding at The Mansion at Oyster Bay in October 2024! We had our full wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, afterparty) all at the mansion and the day was flawless and our guests can't say enough about how amazing everything was! The food, drinks and atmosphere were all amazing and the staff was so kind, attentive and warm, not only to just us as the couple, but to all of our guests. The team at the mansion was very communicative throughout the entire wedding planning process, and on the day of they knew exactly how we wanted the day to run and they pulled it off without any hiccups or problems! Our wedding was outside and it was a gorgeous day, but I also would have been happy if we needed to do the ceremony inside because the decor is so stunning. “I can not say enough good things about this amazing venue! From our first chat in 2024 through our wedding day in 2026 they exceeded all our expectations. Rob answered my message right away, I had 3 amazing walk throughs with both him and TK prior to booking because I needed to weigh every possible option, and every other team member we met along the way felt like they were just as excited for our wedding day as we were. I can not even remember how many times I called to ask little questions like what time dinner would be served and every person that answered was either able to immediately give me an answer or would get someone who could. On our wedding day every staff member were the most caring and supportive people we could have ever asked for. Nick was our captain and made sure every moment of the day followed my vision. Morgan and Paige were our bridal attendants and over a month later my husband and I still talk about how much we loved them. They both anticipated anything we could possibly need before we needed it and checked on us all night long. My husband asked if anyone had matches and they magically appeared. I mentioned that my dress strap was cutting into me and a few moments later I was offered 3 possible solutions (which worked for the entire night). Every guest can not stop raving about the food and how beautiful the entire party was. They made sure everything we wanted happened and made sure to pull us aside to take a moment to breathe.
