Stunning Wedding Venue
We celebrated my niece's wedding at Essex Club in Brentwood, Long Island, and it exceeded every expectation. The staff was fantastic from start to finish, attentive without ever being intrusive. We had an outside ceremony during a serious heat wave, and the team was ready for it, handing out cooling towels and water to guests before anyone even had to ask. That kind of attention to detail makes all the difference on a wedding day. The property itself is beautiful, with sweeping views of a well-manicured golf course that made for gorgeous photos. What stood out most was how versatile the space is. Guests started in a welcoming lobby with its own bar, then moved to a staircase leading to a covered cocktail area with a side room and second bar, perfect for mingling before the ceremony. The outdoor ceremony space with its gazebo backdrop was elegant and intimate. Afterward, the ballroom was spacious and overlooked the dance floor, giving the whole night an open, elevated feel. The food was excellent across the board. Between the setting, the service, and the food, this venue checks every box for a golf course wedding venue done right. My niece and her fiancé had the wedding of their dreams, and as a guest, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And, from what my niece told me, she said it was very affordable for a LI wedding. Highly recommend Essex Club for any couple looking for a beautiful, affordable and well-run wedding venue.

We had such a smooth experience working with Essex Club from start to finish. Rob, the maître d', was a total pro when we had an unexpected guest show up on our wedding day—he handled it without any stress and made sure everything ran perfectly. The whole team there was incredible and clearly knows what they're doing. The venue itself is gorgeous and felt like a great value for what we got. We never had trouble reaching out Jessica the manager, and everyone was so understanding and helpful throughout the planning process. We'd absolutely recommend Essex Club to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a staff that truly cares about making your day special.

Absolutely beautiful venue with an incredible team. From the very beginning, Jessica was a gem and so easy to work with. Rob, our maître d’, was beyond organized and helped calm all of my nerves on wedding day. Julissa, our bridal attendant, was absolutely perfect—she felt like your best friend by your side all day. She even snuck some amazing photos for me to enjoy while I wait for my professional gallery! And the FOOD! I cannot say enough good things. Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was.

Our June 5, 2026 Wedding
Our wedding at Essex Club was everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the entire day was beautiful, seamless, and so much fun. The planning process was far less stressful than we ever expected, especially considering we planned our wedding in just 5½ months. Jessica, the General Manager and Wedding Coordinator, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, organized, calm, and incredibly easy to work with. Her guidance, patience, and attention to detail helped make the months leading up to our wedding feel manageable and enjoyable. As a bride, I was incredibly nervous before walking down the aisle, but Julissa and Rob were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt cared for throughout the day. Julissa, our Bridal Attendant, even put cornstarch on my feet in the bridal suite so I wouldn’t slip out of my shoes—a small gesture that perfectly captures the level of attention and care she provided! Rob was a fantastic Maitre D’, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful he was. The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, the flowers were beautiful, and the décor was set up exactly as we envisioned. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding and spend time with our family and friends. Our guests had an amazing time, and we danced and sang the night away. We are so grateful to the entire Essex Club team for their kindness, patience, professionalism, and hard work. Thank you for giving us such a magical wedding day. We wholeheartedly recommend Essex Club to any couple looking for a beautiful venue and an exceptional team.

Best Day of my Life
If I could give Essex Club 100 stars, I would. The staff is top notch and will go above and beyond to make your day perfect. Jessica is the best person to be handling your wedding during the planning stage, she makes everything feel simple and stress-free. Rob, the maître d’, will keep everything moving seamlessly on the big day and Julissa, my bridal attendant, was always there when I needed her for anything, no matter how big or small. The food is amazing (shout out to the Asiago rice balls!!!), the grounds are beautiful, and the ballroom and cocktail hour space have a romantic and intimate feel. The price is incredibly reasonable if you do their complete wedding package. We chose to upgrade certain parts of the package but that’s totally up to each individual couple. I still feel like we got the best deal for our money. We got married on Saturday, April 18th. It was the most perfect day I could have asked for!! I feel like Essex Club is a hidden gem and I want to take out an ad in the paper for them because people have no idea what they are missing by not booking with them.
