We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. His easygoing and responsive nature made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we had a question, Neil was always there, ready with an answer. An event coordinator like that is accompanied by an incredible staff. Jaylene and Emma were amazing in taking care of us. Jaylene even greeted us with our signature drinks once we finished our ceremony, helping us kick off our celebration on the right foot. Our guests kept raving about the unique charm of the venue. It creates a nostalgic, speakeasy-like ambiance that takes you back in time. “The entire team at the Inn on Boltwood was helpful and accommodating from the start! We asked about a million questions, and we were always given prompt, thorough and well explained feedback. One of the big selling points for us was the service, and the flexibility of the setting. It ended up raining on our wedding day, but we were easily able to move the outdoor parts inside the air conditioned ballroom, and we still had a fantastic time in the tent. They also have plenty of gorgeous spaces for photos and getting ready, which meant we still got plenty of beautiful pictures! The front of the building, the restaurant, library, rooftop, as well as the wedding spaces are all gorgeous. Many of our friends and family stayed the weekend and it was the perfect place to celebrate. We cannot say enough good things about Catherine, Maddy and Tom who took great care of us and could not have been more helpful. We could not recommend the Inn on Boltwood more!”

“Since our first steps inside Mill 1, I personally fell in love & immediately knew that this would be our place. The rustic, industrial charm speaks for itself! Fast forward through planning, everything was made pretty easy, questions were always answered promptly, & communication was always clear. It was made known from day one that, if I wanted it - I would have it! And believe me Adrianna and Will made sure that was the case through it all. Day of setting up, I didn't even have to lift a finger & everything looked more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Mill 4 ceremony space, decorated equally as beautiful & a ceremony made so seamless thanks to Adrianna & wills guidance! And reception - I couldn't have asked for a better party! Food by Seth Mias was delicious! Drinks by bar staff were absolutely PERFECT. Adrianna and Will were always a step away to help with whatever we needed, even down to being a bouncer for unwelcome guests! I am grateful we chose mill 1 and will continue to choose mill 1 for any upcoming events we might host! It was such a pleasure planning, working & partying with them!
