“Azure Strings was absolutely wonderful! They played as a three-piece string ensemble at my son's wedding and truly made the day even more special. Mary was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She made the booking process easy, maintained excellent communication throughout, and was incredibly accommodating. We had a special request for "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" to be played as the ring bearer and flower girl walked down the aisle, and Mary was more than happy to make it happen. The music was beautiful and added so much magic and elegance to the ceremony. The musicians were professional, talented, and genuinely kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had sound ordinances, couldn’t play curse words, etc. so we wanted a DJ that was familiar with our venue so there would be no hiccups. Which is how we found By Request! The week before the wedding we had a group call with Chris - who was the actual DJ on our wedding day and the call made me feel so at ease. I felt like we may have been a couple with some of the weirdest and most specific requests, and the TKO team delivered on everything FLAWLESSLY. I also really appreciated Ted calling to go over order and ideas of how to make things go more smoothly, as well as emailing asking for pronunciations of family names. They also totally nailed it on the uplighting- something I wouldn’t have thought would make a big difference, but made the entire room and the vibe so much more intimate and incredible. Also his price was beyond fair, especially in a world of wedding planning where so many things feel astronomical. I am so happy we were able to have TKO at our wedding. “Brooks was the DJ for my sister's wedding so I already knew of his work when it came time for my wife and I to get married. During consultation, he gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to provide us with a great experience from the type of equipment to bring, what type of music he would play, and how he conducted the reception. He gave us a questionnaire to fill out as well as a web portal to add all of our preferred and must play songs to. Including all of the first dance and introduction songs. For the reception he brought an awesome stage with a custom light up screen with our names on it. He really knows how to transition between different songs to create a fun flow to the night. A great mix of high energy songs and slow dancing songs. He even brought glow sticks for us to dance with as a throw in. Brandon Brooks helped make our night one that we will remember forever. We recommend Brooks Music to anyone needing a DJ for any event. He is a real pro.”

When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “I cannot even put in to words how thankful I am that we had Tyson as our DJ at our wedding!! Our day was absolutely perfect and a large part of that was due to Tyson’s organization, creativity and fun spirit. We have not stopped receiving messages asking who our DJ was and for his contact information because he was just THAT GOOD!!! The dance floor was so crowded and not a single guest left early because Tyson curated the most perfect party through music. He kindly listened to all of our silly requests for song choices and also was able to gauge the crowd for what music they enjoyed. There was not a single song played that the whole room wasn’t dancing to and I was afraid to leave the dance floor to get dessert or a drink for fear of missing out on whatever the next song was about to be. If you are even thinking about using Tyson to DJ your event, do not hesitate. It was the best decision we made!!”
