She was awesome every step of the way, from having a huge bag of wedding kit items, helping pose and manage family for photos, and coming up with ideas for photos to make use of the large gap of time we had between the ceremony and the grand march. I don't think I saw her and Sam put down their cameras the entire 8 hours they were there on that day, so I'm excited to get the full gallery of photos! She was also able to rush us out for some awesome sunset photos when we only had a few minutes to get them. Cannot recommend her highly enough! “We had an incredible experience working with Chris for both our engagement session and our wedding day. From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation we had. For our engagement photos, he made the entire shoot so fun, especially because we were able to include our pets. They turned out beautiful. It was the perfect start to our wedding journey. On our wedding day, he was just as impressive. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he also took the time to review our shot list and make sure we stayed on schedule. We took photos before the ceremony and family photos afterward, and he worked so efficiently that we actually ended up early to our reception. “WOW, where do I begin. Kasey and Tyler are masters at what they do! From two different engagement sessions to our wedding day, they knew exactly how to get the "perfect shot". Our wedding day came with a small amount of "conveniently timed" rain (during our first look and wedding party photos!), and they knew exactly how to work with what we had (a tall tree to hide under and an umbrella..). The attached photo was taken during a downpour rain and it STILL looks beautiful!! They were incredibly organized and all photos were pre-planned so they had a set plan in order to avoid wasting time. They listened to what my husband and I wanted, and made sure we were taking care of ourselves (eh-hem, reminding us to eat multiple times throughout the day..). They were so easy going but didn't have a problem putting their foot down if a random family member or other vendor were "problematic" (per the brides request!!). I cannot wait to work with them again! THANK YOU Kasey and Tyler for being the best in the business!!! 3”

“Omg. Makayla is amazing. She was one of the first vendors I found! Photo and makeup were VERY important to me. I looked at her portfolio and it really had all the styling that I was looking for and she seemed really versatile. I thought I would find a photographer easily, but then once I started looking at portfolios I was a lot more particular than I realized I would be. I do design/photo art direction so maybe that's why. Makayla and I connected over the phone and I instantly liked her. She is so sweet. A photographers personality is so important. It turned out she got married at the same venue! Small world! That just made me feel like it was meant to be, also a perk that she knew the grounds really well! We also did our engagement shoot with Mikayla, and she totally followed the styling vision I had, and recommended the location (we shot in Old sac, great choice, btw). We have some photos I will cherish for a lifetime. During the wedding Makayla was working her butt off!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She got us a gift (omg so thoughtful and sweet!) She was hustling, running all over the place getting ALL the shots. I had a bad wedding coordinator and poor Makayla made up for her slack. She put the boutonnieres on the groomsmen and dried the bouquets for us ladies. NOT her job but she did it anyway because the coordinator was MIA! She also was sometimes the only person I hired around, and when we weren't on schedule I was like "where is the coordinator?!" Poor Makayla was helping do the coordinator's job!! I felt so bad later and just told her sorry and thank you and she was completely professional and knew I was NOT freaking out because of her. Also I forgot to grab my bouquet as I walked down the aisle and Makayla RAN to go get it/get some one to grab it for me. Literally my hero, and again, not her responsibility!! She just cared THAT much. We just got our sneak peeks for the wedding back from her and oh my goodness, I cried. The photos are STUNNING. I want them hung up all over my house. This isn't even all of them!! I cannot recommend her enough. Also the portal system you use for sharing out photos is a really nice system. I also shared an album of photos ahead of time and she remembered/ had the photos for reference of all the shots I wanted that I was forgetting about on the day of. Also she got some great dance floor pics! I feel like the nighttime shots and the indoor ones are just as gorgeous as the daytime ones!! If I ever need photoshoots for any life events, or if I ever have anyone needing a recommendation for a photographer, I will 100% refer them to Makayla. All my bridesmaids (which are designers/art directors from old jobs) were like wow she has the eye! The groomsmen thought Makayla was the coordinator. That's how much she was helping compared to the actual coordinator. I will add some of the photos so you can see how STUNNING THEY ARE. Even from the sneak peeks I'm having a hard time narrowing down which shots to post! Her work speaks for itself!! Thank you for making my day run smoothly and for photos I will cherish forever.”
