Manis & Co. is generations in the making! When Brandon and Kristen met, they bonded over their love for homecooked family meals. With Kristens strong Italian heritage and Brandon's German roots they were able to create an amazing catering experience! Brandon has a background in food management and merchandising while Kristen is a Wedding Coordinator so it just seemed to be a match made in heaven! Her classical training was complemented by deep nutritional education at The Esalen Institute and the Hippocrates Health Institute. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. A true hospitality professional, Chef Anna received the Michelin Key award in 2024 and 2025.
