His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. She’s happiest in Mickey Mouse ears, obsessed with her dog, a dressage queen, and apprentice gardener. She spends the time she’s not obsessively scrolling through the internet and flipping through cookbooks for inspiration, wedding planning for her 2022 Disney World wedding.
