I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!

I knew that Rachel was going to be amazing but she absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. It was really hard planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country but Rachel was the miracle lifeline I needed. When my MIL injured herself the day before the wedding, it was easy to start sliding into a downward spiral of panic but Rachel was there to offer help and reassurance. She handled reorganizing timelines, communication with all of the vendors, and made sure that the day went off without a hitch. The decor, the table settings, the staging, literally everything she did was magic. I cannot express this enough….book Rachel immediately! She offered advice when we needed it and steered us away from things that were problematic, and all of it turned out to be spot on. She was especially helpful for the rehearsal and execution of the wedding ceremony! None of us knew anything about that and she made it easy and perfect. Lauren is a gem and I’m so grateful we could rely on her for every detail. All we had to do was enjoy the celebration … Which we did!! Five stars for Lauren!!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Rialee and the team at It's Fate Wedding Co. were an absolute dream to work with.
