We can not say enough great things about Nakell and everything she did to help make our day amazing. She was so very responsive to every concern and question we had leading up to the day. The floral arrangements were beautiful, and she did her very very best to help us stay on budget. On the day of, she and her assistant Tawny handled all of the last minute details and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing all day. We found Rachel after attending another wedding that she planned and hired her to be our day-of coordinator about 10 months before the wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made - Please book Happily Ever After Adventure Co! THE GOOD: Rachel is incredibly organized! Her pre-wedding google doc timeline & packing list saved my sanity multiple times. One of our other vendors said it was one of the most useful timelines they had ever gotten. Several venue/vendor problems were avoided because she took care of them before the wedding. She had us rehearse all of the small things that could go wrong the day before (antique car entrance, processional, readings, etc) and the ceremony went flawlessly. THE BETTER: Rachel helped us handle all of the small hiccups that happened going into the wedding. Need to re-do the seating chart the day before the wedding because the tables delivered were not the planned size? No problem, she fixed all of the table numbers on the seating chart. The table numbers were nowhere to be found? No problem, Rachel pulled together beautiful table numbers with some extra frames we had. Bustle popped in the middle of the reception? No problem, she had safety pins on her. THE BEST: She took my vision and completely brought it to life, and handled all the details so we could just enjoy. So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing Rachel was! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, largely because of Happily Ever After Adventure Co!

While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

She offered advice when we needed it and steered us away from things that were problematic, and all of it turned out to be spot on. She was especially helpful for the rehearsal and execution of the wedding ceremony! None of us knew anything about that and she made it easy and perfect. Gabby and her team from Cause We Can events just helped us plan and execute the most beautiful welcome party and wedding for our daughter in Nashville! We hired Gabby for partial wedding planning services, however, I feel like we got full, first-class attention from them. Given that we were not from Nashville and our daughter/fiance' were no longer living in Nashville, we really needed some special white-glove treatment, and we definitely got it. She was a calming force in helping us secure top-quality vendors, select everything (flowers, music, rentals, etc...) and, of course, to coordinate the big day. Everything went off flawlessly. We had a few stressful situations to work through, and she helped us navigate things very seamlessly. I would highly recommend Gabby and her team -- they are the best!
